The staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. While the location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, it worked out fine for our needs.

Shelby at the front desk was very nice and professional when we checked in. There was something sticky on the tile area in our room which could have been brought in in the wheels of our luggage, but there were also drips of something sticky.

When I booked the stay, it said pet friendly. When I checked in I had my pet with me and had a whole conversation about my dog with both clerks and the family behind us. The hotel had a poster up about how the hotel was pet friendly. They never said that there would be an extra charge of $75 for my pet. The manager called the next am and was adamant that he was charging me and he did charge my credit card. He asked if the check in clerk had told me about it and I said no but he still insisted I had to pay. I understand a reasonable fee for cleaning but this is outrageous and should be communicated before you check in.

Staff are friendly & hotel is well kept, clean. Hotel front entrance is currently undergoing renovations to improve hotel appearance. Walkable to Walmart, Chilis, shopping plaza. Had a nice quiet restful sleep. I stayed on a Saturday night July 2023.

Winners Trip!
We came down for my daughter’s Lacrosse tournament and the stay was excellent, breakfast was good as usual. The service was great and the environment was clean, there were Clorox wipes stand, incase it’s needed. House keeping were available and provided us with extra blankets and pillows. Front desk staff were very courteous, all in all, we had a great time. We will definitely come back, whenever we are in the area!

My stay was amazing! There was a nice hot tub and cool pool! The room was clean and cozy. The bed was very soft also. It made my stay amazing.

We use this hotel to visit family and we frequent Hampton in properties in many states . When you arrive at the hotel you are greeted by a nasty staff member that doesn’t care about any of their guest . We witnessed an 80 year old couple treated poorly when we approached to check in we got the same treatment …. The breakfast was good but the rooms were just ok. Management could make this a nice Hotel if they would just train the staff and hold bad associates accountable for how they treat their guest. We wish we didn’t need to use this hotel but it’s the only Hilton property in town. Good luck!
