Quiet, Clean, Nice place to stay.... Helpful staff, Everything you need in your room. And the building in a central location, either for the Town center or North/South Bay.... Can very highly recommend this B&B 👍👍

Excellent value and convenient for town centre and beach. Check in procedures confusing as Hotels.com phone number and instructions do not match those on Granby's website. Room quite spacious and clean and well sound proofed from noise of local seagulls etc

This property is basic and clean for the traveler needing basic clean facilities in order to access the beach by walking. We have no criticism only that the online pictures presented do not reflect what is really the property because it is more basic than the online presentation makes it to be. We are thankful for this clean basic resource.

Convenient, well situated for town. Didn't see any staff during whole stay. Coffee,tea not replenished and bin never emptied. Good basic hotel and would stay again. Curtains could do with a wash or replacing!

When you arrive you have to ring up and you told code number to get keys from box on wall. Convenient car park next to hotel. Although its £9 for 24 hours. Arriving after 1800 its free until 0900. Warm safe, quite and comfortable bed. Easy walk to most places.

Dear AlfieNo you were not allowed to check in. Our check in policies state that you have to be 18 years old in order to stay, you were 16 years old, with no valid form of ID.

Prepare to pay £50 extra
Got an email 48 hrs before check saying had to pay £50 extra for security deposit, which I may or may not get back 10 days later, subject to inspection, an inspection I have no way of knowing if done appropriately. I could be charged for something I didn't break or already broken before I arrived with no appeal.

You do realise that the rooms are inspected after each guest leaves and inspected again before each guest is checked in into the room, just because we are a budget accommodation we do not appreciate the way some guests treat our rooms. And if the guests have an issue with paying the deposit, well..

Knew no food but not aware no bar either, under mattress on top bunk yakky with gods knows what,blood urine poo did not get clise enough,also missing slat,no water in taos just a trickle neede to turn on shower to wash hands,booked for 2 nights,left after 1

Nice, clean hotel in a convenient location.
The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee supplied. En suite shower and toilet good. Hotel is being refurbished so the workmen are in. As with other OYO hotels, reception is not always manned but contact number available is requited. I was greeted by a friendly lady on check-in and was allowed to check - in early. The bar was closed and breakfast and dinner was not available. Convenient location for town centre and around 10 minute walk to the beach.

Good value for money.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, heating in May, TV/kettle. Goid shower. Plus free Wi-Fi. Can park free 2 hrs in disc zone. Disc permit available from receptionist. Free park 6pm-9am. Free parking 2 hrs at sea front. The Scarborough Inn 5 minutes across car park (disc zone), excellent food reasonable prices. Good staff.

A short stay on the Cleveland way
Ideally located wth a short walk into the old town, the room was excellent with plenty of space finished off with a very comfortable bed, very good shower facilities, friendly staff who were very friendly & informative, i would recommend as enjoyed my stay & will stay again when in the area, thank you for an enjoyable stay 10 out of 10
