Because I used Expedia to book the trip the hotel put us in a $400 per night room with an AC unit that never stopped running yet the room never cooled. The toilet tank leaked, so it automatically flushed a couple of times per hour. Since we booked through Expedia, the WiFi was not included and costs $12.95 daily. This is not the 1st time we have been treated unfairly when booking through Expedia.

The only thing I did not like was that everything in the whole area was overpriced. Very expensive visit. The riverfront is overrated.

The property was in a great location. But the rooms are terrible. My first room was above a main air conditioning unit and was so loud it sounded like a jet landing. Thankfully they moved us (no balcony in this one or view) but in the new room the air conditioner cycled a lot and everytine it came on there was a massive bang that woke us up. The hotel is okay, generally, with decent amenities, but location is amazing! Worth it to get a river view and hopefully those rooms are nicer.

We upgraded our room to river front balcony which ended up being our favorite spot!!! It was an amazing stay! We highly recommend Chris who helped us plan all our excursions! He was so sweet! All Staff was very nice!

I stayed here many years ago as a teen w family. I t was quiet in the hotel and the bar area looked nice. I like the huge open area w glass ceiling. Easy to walk right out the back to the river down to the shopping. I noticed fire pit tables out back which were cool too. Our room was really nice and we had an upgraded view on the river which was pretty w a balcony. I was not told until check out the next day about a $40 parking fee which should have been mentioned upon check in. Other than that, our stay was really great.

The property has construction around the location making some of the sidewalks unusable. The staff were friendly but they failed to deliver some flowers to a mom for Mother’s Day, and had two days to do so; the flowers were delivered Friday, and we checked out on Sunday. The staff attempted once to deliver the flowers, no note, no send attempt.

The staff is fantastic! Great location, fun to see the ships. Food options in the hotel are a bit lacking and the air freshener is awful. Too powerful and in all areas of the hotel. But otherwise, great hotel.

Enjoyed that it was close enough to everything for walking that we needed.. Disappointed in the cleanliness. The carpet by the bed was damaged like it was burnt. The real disappointment was in the shower area. There was bold in the tiles there was mould on the bottom as if the cleaners just open the door and clean but then don't shut the door. For the cost of the stay there should be no mold. I took pictures if you decide you want to reach out.

Was given an adjoining room. Constant yelling next door meant we could EVERY SINGLE WORD. Same with movie dialogue on their TV. If I had known better I would have requested a room without the adjoining door. No free breakfast. Pool wasn’t yet heated. Staff were good.
