Room was clean, bed a bit too hard. For some odd reason our keys got disabled and couldn’t get into the building or room. Some guy told us to pull the side entrance door really hard and it opened without using the key card. This is not safe for guests at all. There was no breakfast but that was ok since the food option in this area is endless. Overall, a quiet stay.

The room was booked with breakfast included, but no breakfast "due to change in management". Credited a laughable $10 for both guests. Staff was unfriendly and of no help, actually lied about what was or was nott available. Bathtub had no drain stopper and staff was unable and unwilling to get one. Dogs barking on premises. Nover again!

The restaurant was closed both coming and going to and from Florida. The tub is unsafe - I actually fell, but was thankfully holding onto the grab bar. There was mold in the bathroom, a non-working phone in our room the first time, no decaf prepared and/or it was ice cold (lobby). No water offered the second time around and the bill was not corrected during our first stay to reflect the pre-paid breakfast refund. The rug was so dirty it made our socks dirty.

Not what I was expecting from a stay at a Holiday Inn. The pool was not open at this time, despite weather conditions suitable for swimming. Big disappointment - the kitchen was closed, so that the advertised breakfast was not available. The kitchen was undergoing a renovation, which had not been mentioned during booking. Coffee was available however there was no cream/milk, only flavoured syrups. And on the second morning, there was no lids available for the coffee cups. These are facilities (breakfast, kitchen, pool) that influenced my decision to stay at this hotel and they were not available. None of this was disclosed in the booking information.

Front desk unable to move me to quieter/cleaner room because computer was “frozen” and manager was on property but was “asleep” and not answering their phone. Other desk agent requested a guest to take photos of “dirty room” to prove there was an actual issue before receiving another room. Worst check in process I’ve ever experienced.
