Hello Beverly, Thank you for providing us with your feedback. I am not sure if you were not able to see the fridge that had the hard boiled eggs in them ? but we have had hard boiled eggs at breakfast for many years. We also have a breakfast attendant that can assist with any questions or refill the station if it was empty. I am sorry you missed out on the eggs but if you plan to return we are happy to show you the location of the eggs. We hope you had a safe travel and look forward to welcoming you back in the future

Hello Keith, Our aplogies that you had these noise issues. Were you able to contact the front desk when these issues were happening? Front desk team is great as asking other to keep it down and also doing outside walk arounds to keep the parking lot safe and noise free.
