Very nice motel. Lots of special touches on the grounds. Unfortunately too cold to enjoy. Room is very big compared to typical hotel.

The starlite resort was just as pictured.staff was very friendly. I had a mixup with reservations and they took care of it with no problem. Would stay here again

Very peaceful wooded property with multiple places to sit outside, have a bonfire and cook out. Convenient continental breakfast. Extremely nice, helpful staff. Only a four minute drive to the beach and the marina/shopping area. This is a great option for staying in Saugatuck without breaking the bank.

Perfect little motel- clean, quiet, fresh-smelling!!! No frills, but absolutely everything you need!! Spacious, bright rooms. Clean & cozy with very fresh linens, towels, even extra pillows! Small fridge, microwave, coffee pot.. Office even had bundles of wood you could purchase for nominal charge to burn in several firepits on their grounds (which we did & thoroughly enjoyed!!) Lady in the office was super nice!! She let us know continental breakfast would be available in the morning, which is a wonderful touch🙂 We highly, highly recommend this lovely place to stay and relax!!!

Very close to lots of shops and bars. The hot tub was nice to hangout in after a chilly walk in Saugatuck. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Great one night stay for New Years Eve.
Walt was great at check-in and was very conversational. We had wished the other property he owns had been opened during the off-season. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The pillows were very nice and loved the remodeling of the bathroom area. We noticed that the wall where the towels are needs some paint, but that is it. You can tell that lots of care goes into this place.

Don't Overlook the Starlite!
Extremely clean and comfortable. A minimalist expression of the classic American Motel, nothing more and nothing less. Really all you could ask for in lodging.

The room was very clean but the smell of bleach was overbearing. Not sure if there is a way to remedy this though The owners are very nice and helpful. Would love to come back in the summer when the weather is more favorable We were in town for a wedding at the Felt Mansion and it was the perfect place to stay

This is a great little place! My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights and enjoyed it. The room and bathroom were very clean and we had no issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay here! It’s a perfectly refurbished 1950’s motel with a lot of green space—tables, heated pool and hot tub, fire pits, grills. New classy bathrooms and huge screen TV, comfy beds. Great value!
