"The hotel rooms were basic, our garden view was gravel and a dirty hut. The hot water was a trickle. This hotel is in the Premier Inn type but is extremely poor in comparison. Nowhere to sit with other guests except an eating area. Breakfast was very basic and poor and very bad value for 12 Euros"

It took me more than one hour because of the horrible traffic, the oneway streets, the street closures, etc.. even with Gps.Likewise for returning to the hotel from the city center"

"I selected this property 20 kilometres outside Bordeaux city so we could relax at the property and enjoy their in-house restaurant as there are NO other restaurants close by. We checked in at 4 pm. "Considering it is a place out in the country, with no stores or cafes nearby. I believe there should be some coffee/tea and especially water in the rooms. It was a very warm few days (over 90 degrees F/30 degrees C) and there was no water provided, and there were no glasses in the bathroom. The internet does not work well and I had to teach an online class which could not happen. Do not expect to connect to the internet. "

"Great hotel near the train station! Rooms were lovely and clean and staff very friendly. This property is located away from downtown area, but easy to get Uber within minutes to take you wherever you want to go. Never had an issue getting an Uber during our 5-day stay. There are also trams that run throughout the city, but we never took one. Overall, great hotel at a great price!"
