"In the center of lakeside, 2minute walk to the main street and the lake with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Bottled water in the room and replaced on request. Room cleaning available daily if you want. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged our taxi to chitwan for us. Breakfast was basic but a good start to the day. We loved pokhara and would definitely stay at the crystal Palace...

"It was a terrible experience. We didn’t have enough towels, toilet paper. The room was not done until 4.30pm after we complained. The bedsheets are old and rough to sleep in. The mats in the room are dirty. The electricity keeps cutting off. This should be rated as a three star hotel. "

"Our experience at Fishtail Lodge is as second to none. The setting on the Fewa Lake was a tranquil oasis and a much needed change of pace. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a more ideal location , close to town…restaurants and shopping but the most relaxing local surrounded by water and forest. Staff could not be more helpful with any request big or small. Highest praise for this hotel!"
