"Free Parking was not free as the website promoted it was. We were told, by the front desk, that the website advertising was wrong. Someone needs to correct the Adams hotel amenities section. The hotel also mistakenly canceled our second day of reservations and called it a glitch in the system. We were required to have new keys made for our room after that mistake was made. We’ve never had this much of an inconvenience in a hotel stay before. Too many other things to write about on this posting."
