Quality Inn & Suites at Airport Blvd I-65

"Cheap for a reason! You get what you pay for!! This place had a renovation recently but I feel like the room I stayed in did not. I had first floor accommodations. The room smelled like mold and I wouldn’t recommend walking around barefooted. The pool was closed for inspection (it’s the reason I drove up early so the kids can swim). There was no gym but I didn’t look for that specifically. We skipped the free breakfast, didn’t want to take any chances. The AC was the best part of the stay. It blew like it was December outside. Free to park. Plenty vacant rooms. Don’t let the pictures fool you!"

"The day of check in we were running late I did call the day before to let them know that I would be late, even tho I made a reservation a week prior there were no rooms. Was not happy, I was tried from drinking worked a 81/2 hour work day only got 3 hours of sleep so yes I was very tried and had my grandkids with me. It was about 12:30am when we arrived on 6/5 I was so upset but the two ladies that on working that day/morning did a awesome job of taking care of me and my grandkids Wish I could remember names A BIG THANK YOU!!"

"The “hospitality “ prices for food, drinks: outrageous. I was informed breakfasts were free-not so. $15.00 for a egg sandwich? The Mobile auto fee parking ramp…the Scanner widget did not work. Where was the “kiosk” robo kept talking about. Not for this price. Holliday Inn was just next door AND free breakfast! Next time…GO Holiday Inn!!!"

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worse enemy. My key to the room wouldn’t not work and had to go down stairs three times until I was mixed to another room. When I was moved to the new room there was no shower curtain and the floors were terrible. Then I requested a refund because I was going to drive through but u was told there wasn’t going to be a refund. Then I requested a new room. Which then my sheets were stained and there were roaches in the sink and bath tub."
