Friendly staff. Hotel is in the center of the Baščaršija Center. Very, very good for tourists.

Great location in Sarajevo Old Town
Excellent location in the centre of Old Town. Within easy walking distance of shops, bar's and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good WiFi.

There were roaches in my room. Nothing else mattered to me. Room was spacious. The view from the room was great. Staff was friendly. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good though overcrowded when there were groups. Pool at Europe hotel a bit chilly

Great location
Great location. there was no gym though. That was in the neighbouring hotel (Euro) and it was low quality and the wifi in the Hotel Art was not great. Staff were very helpful though. Breakfast was good.

Solo adventure
Good hotel, reasonable price. Breakfast good, reception very friendly and helpful . I was on the 5 th floor wirh a great view of city from room. Room was adequate with TV, SAFE, MINIBAR. Bed was comfortable and room temperature could be adjusted to your like. Shower ok water pressure could have been a little better. The location was excellent. Many BARS, CAFES, RESTAURANTS, MUSEUMS, SHOPS, AND ATTRACTIONS NEARBY.

Hotel Europe is a very nice hotel in the heart of Sarajevo! View from the room was great, staff was very friendly & helpful, house keeping was perfect and the room was spotless. Very great service accommodating my very early check-in, and the view from the room was stunning. Highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing location next to Old Town. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel. I highly recommend staying.

Location of the property is excellent. Steps away from the Old Town (Baščaršija). Elevator is bit small,but works fine. Breakfast has variety of choices. Room was decent size with small TV and computer. Bathroom was small and hard to turn around for bigger person. My biggest issue was with beds. Spring mattresses are very unconfortable, squeeky, and you can feel springs on the top. Overall, it could be nice choice if owners would invest little bit in the comfort

Central Location
The Hotel Art is conveniently located in the old town of Sarajevo and it's a base from which to explore the city. It is comfortable enough but its often-touted 'boutique' label is overdone. It is a reasonable 3-4 star option. The breakfast is hearty and the staff are helpful enough but they are not particularly proactive. The showers are particularly tight.

They moved us to another hotel due to overbooking
We booked through Expedia well in advance of our arrival date but when we showed up they lied and said there was a problem with the air conditioner and water. In reality we found out through another employee that they in fact overbooked . They moved us to a three star hotel (The Hotel Art is suppose to be a four star hotel) and only provided a 30% discount after we complained that the room we were given was not acceptable. I have stayed in more hotel rooms that most people (due to work) and the room we were given was without a doubt the noisiest room I have ever stayed in.

Hotel Art
Initially our GPS could not find the street listed for Hotel Art. I tried using a close cross street and was successful. Once we got within 500 meters of the hotel there was good signage, so we had no problem. The location is superb--the main pedestrian street (Ferhadija) is on the rear of the hotel. Despite how busy the street was, our room was quiet. The restaurant is very nice and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very welcoming, but we had a little trouble with getting help arranging a tour. There is a tourist info booth right as you enter Fehadija. We got a spectacular tour from Hasim.

Location, Location, Location!! Couldn't be better!
Location Location Location. This hotel couldn't have been better located. You walk outside and you're right in the old quarter. You take a turn in the other direction and you're in the new city in no time. A block from the Latin bridge. And less than a block from the street from all the pubs (but far off enough where you don't get the noise). Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are in good condition and very nice, if dated. But also spotless and super clean. The breakfast spread was vast--so much food and variety! Also, on-site parking if you're driving! This was really the best place we could have stayed!

I stayed for three nights and was perfectly satisfied. The bed was an iron framed antique which creaked when I moved, and the AC didn't work - but all in all a good hotel with a great breakfast buffet.

INTRUDER STOLE CASH FROM ROOM WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP
Partner woke me up at 2:30am "There's someone in our room!" - a shadow of a person swiftly disappeared & I saw my wallet on the floor - strange as we slept in complete darkness. From the £200, 155 Euro & 130 BAM only 2 x 50 Euro notes were missing. The main door was half open, toilet door pulled to & toilet light on - there are two switches the other being a main light. Through the window above the toilet door soft lighting sufficiently illuminated the room. ONE CAN CONCLUDE THAT THE INTRUDER HAD A KEY & KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. But why take only 100 Euros? Maybe by taking some but not all of the money they leave clients to argue amongst themselves who lost what in the morning. The Night Watchman did not call the Police and neither did we the next day - could not be bothered with further hassle. However, could not believe the Hotel Management’s attitude - they dismissed it - despite the facts presented – one of the staff even said "Perhaps you had too much to drink… joke". BEWARE - THIS HOTEL HAS A SECURITY ISSUE - ONE THAT THEY DID NOT ACCEPT, NOR WERE PREPARED TO INVESTIGATE!!!

Outstanding location
The hotel is excellent with outstanding location right in the middle of town. Parking is free too. The room was comfortable but the bed could have been firmer for us. Overall an excellent hotel. Breakfast was good with choices. We enjoyed our stay there.

Great location in The Old Town
Great hotel in a superb location in the Old Town. Just go out of the hotel entrance take a left then you're in the main thoroughfare in the Old Town. We only stayed in Sarajevo for 2 nights to do a Srebernica and a siege tour, but out stay in the Hotel Art was very comfortable. Staff on reception were extremely pleasant and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast, something for everyone I would say. I wild definitely recommend this hotel.
