Much left to be desired
Booked at this hotel mainly for the spa facilities. The water in the indoor pool and the jacuzzi could be warmer. Parking can be tight. The road to get there is quite narrow.

Nice stay in Sao Pedro do Sul.
The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable. The safety procedures were ok but the sauna was closed because of the Covid. I suggest to supply a tray for every customer during the breakfast as it's not possible to carry everything at time for the table.

Montanhas mágicas
Estadia agradável. Hotel bem localizado. Funcionários simpáticos que disponibilizaram informações sempre que solicitadas. Cama confortável. Quarto impecável. O pequeno almoço é fraquinho, podia ser mais variado.

Séjour positif, mais petit déjeuner qui n’a rien à voir avec le standing de l’hôtel, juste pour exemple le jus d’orange pas frais il s’agissait de poudre mélangé à de l’eau

Anuncian como spa, y solo tiene una piscina. El agua de la misma excesivamente caliente. El colchón, un dolor.

Además de la piscina, el club de salud y spa del hotel, también cuenta con gimnasio, sala de masajes, sala de masajes vichy, sauna, sala de vapor y jacuzzi. Tu comentario no se entiende.
