The first day housekeeping did not come to clean our rooms (we had 2 rooms) until 6:17 pm. By that time we were already getting ready to go out to dinner so we had to decline the cleaning.

Beautifully appointed. Great breakfast buffet at Terraco Jardim. Excellent location in a safe neighborhood with many dining options nearby. Friendly and service oriented staff.

6 hours to get a baby crib, but got late checkout
It started rather well. Received a glass of espumante and the lobby is nice. The room was good with a desk and comfy bed. The big minus with the room is that they don’t have free water bottles. It’s not many hotels I been to that don’t provide free bottled water. Anyway, the big problem is their management and service. Received welcome emails asking what I need and so on. Told them that a baby crib is important to have in the room when we arrive. They said it will be sorted. When I entered the room, there was no baby crib so went down to speak with them. We’ll send one straight away, they said. Turns out that I took 6 hours and 4 visits to the reception to receive it. Every time I asked- they said it will be sent straight away. Otherwise they offered a very late check out that was much appreciated.

Is it the newest most exciting hotel in Sao Paulo, no. But it is certainely the most consistent. I've been going for 13 years, and the stays are always great. The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel bed I've stayed at. Love Renaissance SP !

I love to stay at Madison room. It is spacious and also have a beautiful view from the city. I love the happy hour included in this Madison room. It is very helpful knowing I can go to that beautiful area and have some snacks, sandwiches, cheeses and juices and look to the city from those big windows. Special!

The hotel staff was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel had plenty of amenities to accommodate practically any desire a guest would have. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again if I visit the city again.
