Everything was very good, except they forgot to leave a towel for the shower. I told the representative at the desk and they brought us another towel.

Floors in guest room need to be cleaned. “Stuff” stuck on the floor. Was dry mopped but needs major cleaning. Desk chair ripped and worn. The staff goes out of their way to be nice to everyone

Hotel is in a good location but nothing special about it. It's actually a little old and dated. Breakfast was good. My overall experience was ok.

Great location, great staff, gym is the only low point but with a cooper track just accross the street you can forget about it

Great hotel....Very modern...nice location....internet was a disaster being one of the worst I have seen (and I travel heavily). After 'fixing it', downloading CNN home page still took over 5 minutes. If you don't care about internet then this place is great.

Forever old waiting for WiFi
I really wanted to like this hotel. ...very comfortable and great location but the WiFi is a complete disaster. 10 minutes to download 1 page on cnn.com....it was impossible to work from my room. I am a heavy traveler and can say this by far was worst Internet ever. Technician arrived after first night to fix it which helped fir a few hours but only slightly and then it was quickly, or not so quickly, back to terrible. I depend on WiFi Skype casks when traveling and so would never stay there again....as in taking with front desk seems like this is an ongoing problem. Hotel is great if you don't care about wifi speed

Clean but clearly aging
Hotel rooms were clearly aged and old, and in need of remodeling / updating. Outside of the location which is A+ for Sao Paulo, very little would have me pay this much to book at this location.

Good hotel in Alphaville
This hotel is in a great location, with food stores and restaurant within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with all the necessary amanities, and a comfortable bed. The only thing that I noted was that the carpet looked dirty. I will definitively recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel well situated.
Front desk people and personnal are kind and helpful. Good restaurant in the hotel and also others in less than 10 minutes by foot. The area look safe.

Hotel muito velho sem manutenção, a noite fica um funcionário na recepção para fazer tudo. resultado: se precisar de toalha ou coisa do tipo não tem quem leve. experiência longe de ser boa. com certeza não volto.

Bom, mas pode melhorar!
Quarto bom, banheiro grande (muito bom), registros das torneiras e chuveiros soltos, cortinas bem surradas, merecem uma troca. Café da manhã não estava bom, pois o fluxo de hospedes estava grande e teve demora pra limpar as mesas e reposição de alimentos. Não tinha manobrista disponivel, hospede tem que levar o carro pra garagem e é pago.

GRAVE! QUARTO INDICADO PARA 3 PESSOAS COM UMA CAMA
foi uma viagem com minha esposa, filha de 12 anos e eu, ou seja 3 pessoas, e no quarto somente 1 cama de casal, ou seja, hospeda-se somente 2 pessoas! Quando eu escolhi o hotel e o quarto, indiquei eu, esposa e filha (com a idade), e, a houve a indicação do app de que o quarto era compatível, mas não era! Isto está errado, visto que o quarto não possuia camas extras!
