Nice, quiet, & central area
When I arrived to Sao Paulo, I didn't know about the 8pm to 5am curfew & that only essential businesses were opened. I used Uber often to travel to various places during the day. I saved a lot of money on my Uber rides because the hotel was in the center of everywhere I wanted to go. I also used UberEats twice a day, everyday, during my six day stay. I received all of my food deliveries at my hotel. Most of my deliveries arrived within thirty minutes of ordering from various restaurants. My room was cleaned. My bed was comfortable. It was quiet day and night. The staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay.

More than I expected
We stayed at this hotel for one night only, but it was a great experience. The room was very comfortable for us and clean, the staff friendly, the food very good. It's a quiet hotel, with a fully renovated lobby, and in a good neighbourhood. We had dinner there, the pasta was really good and they gave us a free drink. One of the best caipirinhas I've had so far! We went to the pool area to check it out and it was nice, with a sauna and a gym too. The breakfast was good too.

Decent place, could stay again
The hotel is in a good neighborhood that feels pretty safe and has easy access to a cool street of bars. Service is friendly and they speak English. The included breakfast is good. My main issue is with how old the towels, pillows and sheets are. They were clean, but had holes in them and some stains that clearly didn’t come out with bleach. There were also holes in the blackout curtains. I do recommend upgrading to a room with a deck as the spacious balcony was a really nice addition.

There was not change of towels or linen during 8 nights stay. All other things are OK, staff is nice, room is relatively clean, breakfast is very good.

Good business hotel
Directly on flight path of city centre airport. Close to Eldorado shopping centre with good eating places - best Outback Steakhouse I’ve eaten in by a long way.

All you need
An island of convenience in the huge city. I'm a repeat customer: cabs right there, internet, breakfast, metro station and a fancy mall in walking distance. Restaurant w/ a limited menu but good food. Good service & friendly people.

Location is excellent, taxi by the door. Front desk made a serious belling error and on top was very rude to us. We do not recommend. It could have been helpful because it is conveniently located.

Great location, very nice & friendly hotel
Overall they are great & will get my business again. Two issues: the toilette water flow is too low, not enough for clearance at all. We know water in São Paulo is an issue, but this needs fixing. Also, as already said, the restaurant is too expensive-- the food is homemade-style, really good, fresh and the staff accommodates substitutions in the menu-- but it is too expensive, out for proportion.

Good location - quality could be better.
The hotel is super close to the Metro Faria Lima and is just a 10-20min stroll away from all the bars, restaurants and clubs in Pinheros. Room was clean, however, window was cracked, overall the place was rundown.

I totally enjoyed the stay. It was convenient to a mall with a grocery store, only a short, safe walk. The only major complaint, mostly because of an extended stay, was the lack of variety in the breakfast food.

The best part of the stay was the staff at the hotel. They were all very helpful. The hotel and room were as expected for a Quality Inn Hotel -- nothing fancy, but functional. Safe deposit box in room was very helpful. On-site restaurant is a good option for breakfast and possibly dinner. A Brazilian, German, and Japanese restaurant are nearby in addition to a cafe. A convenience store and Mall (they call it "Shopping") were nearby. "Faria Lima" Metro station (Yellow Line) was also in walking distance. From GRU airport, you can take the bus that goes to "Tatuape" (R$ 5.50) and from there take the Metro (R$3.50) -- Red Line Metro to "Republica" and then transfer to the Yellow Line Metro to "Faria Lima". It can take 1.5-2 hrs to commute if road traffic for bus is heavy. Cab can cost nearly R$200 and can take longer if traffic is heavy. If you do not speak Portugese, get a translation dictionary -- it will come in very handy.

Could be better for the price
Service is warm and sweet. However infrastructure can be much better for the price. There is no queen size bed, but two beds together, which dont even have the same height. Mattresses are old, hard and not in good shape. Towels are not in good condition. Breakfast was included and pretty decent. Overall I wouldn't come back if I wanna have a good night sleep, for the same price there are better options.

I was here for 3 days in a seminar at the USP University City. The hotel was very convenient because of its localization. Room is large, well kept and clean. Frigobar. The immediate environment is noisy. Restaurant is open day and night but food is not brilliant.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Our 8th floor room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It looked like our room had been newly renovated. We also had a walk-out balcony with a great view of the São Paulo skyline.

Nothing special to say. Nice hotel. The neighborhood is not very good, but it is very close to the mall Shopping Eldorado (1 minute walking), where I had to go because an event (Fiwc 2011). They make up the rooms very late, always as 3PM or later. One day I ask them to come again in 5 minutes because I was almost leaving, but they never came back.

Good hotel for business people
Hotel was Very Good for the price. Included complemantary breakfast and Internet. Make sure to take ethernet cables since they dont have wireless internet. Most of the Employees dont speak English or Spanish, so it was little hard to comunicate with them especially when you take dinner at there restaurant. Theres a very good Mall very close to the hotel by car. I went for Business porpuse, but they had a nice small pool and a very desent gym. I would recomend this hotel to ahy business person needing to stay in Sao paulo.
