The property is extremely LGBTQ friendly, which I was not expecting, but definitely appreciated. Overall though, everything in terms of facilities and services was great.

The hotel staff are wonderful with Livia at check in being the best. Unfortunately, the hotel is badly in need of a renovation. The walls are thin and let in alot of noise. There was mould throughout the bathroom with the chalk turned black. I was not expecting a 5 star experience but was horrified at the poor quality of the place. I

The people in front were great. The breakfast was very good. The location seemed safe enough, as SP goes. Needs an update and PAINT! But what really made me angry was the fact that they advertised noise free rooms. This was one of the loudest rooms I have ever stayed in. People stomping above, karaoke from the street level, slamming doors, children from the next rooms etc etc etc. Even through earplugs! I wouldn’t have written a review at all (this is my first in years) except for the fact that they ADVERTISEMENT is a lie. I hate being lied to! When I checked out she asked if it was ok and I said yes but the room had been advertised as noise free. She said, yes, i know, sorry. :(

1) da manhã começava às 7:00 am 2)As cortinas estavam com remendos colado com fita adesiva. 3)A janela do banheiro estava sem o pino para abrir e fechar uma dificuldade 4 ) Os elevadores as vezes travavam nos andares 5 ) o quarto que tinha alugado não foi o que eu fiquei A única coisa que valeu a pena para mim foi somente os staffs . 6) Nao pretendo mais ficar lá 7 ) O guarda roupa poeira na parte de cima sujou minhas camisetas brancas
