Was expecting more from Nikkey Hotel
Pros: good location, breakfast with western and eastern options, nice and polite staff Cons: Old room, mold in the bathroom (but no strong smell though), bad sound insulation.

A lot of restaurants and stores on the same street. Everything was good except I hear the dogs barking from early morning to midnight from a nearby apartment during my 6-day stay. I stayed in the same hotel in 2015 and 2018, and hear dogs barking too from outside.

Spartan but nice
This was a nice, inexpensive, but bare bones hotel in the heart of Sao Paulo. The staff was friendly, the room clean. It was a little spartan, but a nice enough place. I'd stay again.

I stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The hotel is in a good location, plenty of great restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were very friendly and also catered for me as I can not speak Portuguese. I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect. Nearby we find good restaurants and Asian shops. Staff is really gentle and attentive. I’ve missed a gym.

Not pleased
Room was not even available for checkin when we came at 2. They said only 1 room was available. We waited a while, and our rooms weren’t even on the same floor. We also have a problem with one of the room as it kept getting clogged. After the 2nd complain, we were given a new room that kept smelling like gasoline.

Interesting but probably not again
Was a pretty ok stay overall. Hospitable but nothing over the top. For the price I’d probably choose another location next time.

Average hotel more like 2.5-3 Stars
The mattress in the room was stiff as a board. The Air conditioner did not cool that much. The breakfast was not the best. The eggs were too runny and the buffet didn’t offer that much. I had to go outside the hotel to have breakfast.

One of most terrible experience in hotel of my life. Terrible conditions, not even one single cup on the bathroom or bedroom. Carpet and windows in terrible dirty conditions , I don't understand how they can rate this hotel 3 stars.. This hotel don't deserve even one star!!

Gross. Rooms were dirty. Towels reeked. Asked for new ones- still reeked. Tub/shower was black with mildew. TV didn't work. Asked for a hairdryer- they didn't have any. The bedspread hadn't been washed in years. It was so disgusting my husband and I slept in layers of clothing and the flat sheet with cold wet hair. I am furious I booked this place based on the reviews on your site.

Oldie but goodie
It is an older hotel near downtown. The rooms are in general old, and could be cleaner. Otherwise it is located near subway stations, restaurants, and fairly safe. It offers both Japanese and Western style breakfast. If you need to stay in this neighborhood I think it is one of the best.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel in Japanese neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals were good, rooms were a good size, but could do with some heating. Elevators were slow and often out of order. It was quicker to walk than wait for one.

Only 1 person from the night reception was not pleasant (a old man). We requested a extra blanket because 1 of us was felling cold at night, he just replied with a ugly face that they always had the blanket in the room, but they would send more anyways( there were no extra blankets in the room). The hotel needs an update. The restaurant is fine, and I recommend it if you need a late meal and you are tired.

Funcionários muito queridos e receptivos. Quarto confortável, com ar condicionado, frigobar abastecido, camas confortaveis, armarios, mesa com cadeiras, janelas com luminosidade regulavel, televisão com diversos canais para adultos e crianças. Banheiro bom com sabonete, shampoo e condicionador, no meu tinha um ofuro para relaxar. O quarto precisa de pequenas reformas como pintura. Café da manhã farto com muitas opções, staff sempre mt gentil.

O quarto estava com o papel de parede mofado. As cortina de banho estava mofada. O box da cama estava rasgado. O colchão não estava em boas condições. Apesar disso o hotel possui uma excelente localização.
