$$$ for a stay in the Lobby
I had contacted the hotel with special request of a wheelchair accessible room, as well as early as possible check-in , we arrived at 6 am, because we were checking out at 6pm to go to the airport, basically having day use of the room only. The night staff where very pleasent and accommodating, letting us know there should be rooms available about 8am, and to enjoy wifi & coffee in the resteraunt, however, come 8 am and a different staff came on, attitude changed drastically, telling us very matter-of-factly, check-in was at 2:00pm and that there were no rooms, available, when we had been sitting and seeing persons checking out, when others coming were being given thier keys, they were told a room did come available at 11 am our travel companions were charged almost double for the "early"check in and being so annoyed they paid, we had waited around for so long we decided that we would not pay the extra and just continue to wait.. when we were given our room it was so small my husband has to fold my chair an prop it in a corner because we could barely get by the ends of the beds to access the bathroom, given other cercumstances, l may have asked for a bigger room, but we just needed to lay down to rest after our night long long bus trip and prior to our over night trip to Canada... Which is why we booked a hotel in the first place...

Don't try to checking early. $$$
Don't expect early check-in. Most hotels in Brazil very accommodating but we booked 2 rooms and ask at 6am to let us know when they had some clean rooms. Said come back to desk at 8am came back at 8am front desk said no rooms available. Waited till 9am still no rooms available finally after a business traveler showed up ahead of us they called housekeeping and rooms showed up available but they wanted another 40$ for early check in and 60$ for the second room. They said if we leave the room empty for another hour we can check in for free. Since we were flying in 7hours we paid the price but our other family waited to pay the 60$. Crazy for one hour they would charge so much plus we only staying till 6pm they could use the room after. They told us we should book day rate but can't book that on hotels and didn't tell us checkin time till after we booked what a trap.

Not a Pleasant Stay Pros: - Clean, more or less. Cons: - Very uncomfortable bed. - Cheap bed. - Bedding is cheap. - Cheap pillows, uncomfortable. - No drinking water in the room. - Empty fridge in the room. - Same breakfast every day. - I arrived at 2 am, and despite having a disability, they didn't help me with my hand luggage. Review: My recent stay at this hotel left much to be desired. On the plus side, the room was clean, although "more or less" cleanliness doesn't quite cut it for a hotel stay. The cons, however, outweighed any positive aspects. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, clearly of cheap quality. The bedding and pillows were no better, contributing to a restless night's sleep. To make matters worse, there was no drinking water provided in the room, and the fridge was empty, leaving me parched and disappointed. The breakfast menu was a monotonous repeat every day, offering no variety for guests. What truly disappointed me was the lack of assistance upon my late-night arrival at 2 am, especially considering I have a disability. They failed to provide any help with my hand luggage, leaving me struggling on my own. In summary, this hotel fell far short of my expectations. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for those seeking a comfortable and accommodating stay.

I paid 3 nights for my niece with 2 children to stay at the hotel. Very disappointing experience as upon arrival she was ignored and looked down by the front desk employees. None of the 3 elevators worked during the 3 nights so she had to walk 8 floors of stairs the duration of her stay. Seems to me that your employees needs some training in how to do consumer services and your hotel lack in maintenance. Will not be staying at that hotel again and certainly not recommend 🙌 If a person doesn’t look a certain way they just assume that they have money and treat them with a horrible costumer service. Do better 🙌

Cama com colchão muito ruim, minusculo banheiro, motorista que estaciona os carros dos hospedes irresponsável, dirigindo de forma inadequada, deixando meu filho e eu inseguros ao transitar na área do hotel quando voltavamos a pé do jantar, fiquei muito irritado e comentei na recepção, mas nao creio que providencias foram tomadas. Jamais voltarei a este hotel.

I got what I paid for.
Hotel has a good location, it’s near bars and restaurants. The place was clean and the breakfast was really good however they could improve the service maybe a better training to their staff specially the people at check in.

Moderately priced, reasonably comfortable although the room was a bit cramped. My overwhelming reason to stay that was to attend a personal-interest conference that was being held in the hotel. My entire trip was focused on this conference, whereas I was not present in Sao Paulo for any other reason such as tourism or business activities. The conference facilities were suitable and sufficient; the group meals provided were nourishing, tasty, and reasonably priced.

Hotel properly located to fly from Guarulhos
I had a reservation for a room with three twin beds. We arrived around 6 pm to the hotel, and after a quick check in we got a single king bed room. We came down to the lobby to ask for a three bed and we got two small beds and a queen bed in a different room, after waiting 30 minutes for bed addition. Is clear they don't plan in advance the room preparation. Or they don't verify expedia reservations. There is a church in front of the street, is not easy to sleep early as they sing loud. The hotel is well located to walk for dinner, and is close to Guarulhos airport. Room is clean. Has safety box, fridge, desktop. Shower is ok. Wifi works good. Breakfast has variety of paderia products. The garage is around the corner, but the guys in the lobby bring the car quite fast upon request.

Travelocity nightmare
Travelocity gave me the worst service I have ever experienced. When I called to book my flight to Brazil from the US for my sons wedding and paid of 8,000 US dollars they had no problem billing my CC. They told me I should book a hotel close to the airport because we would be arriving at 2am the hotel they recommend was actually for the day after we arrived to add insult the hotel was not in a safe place. We went to the Hilton which we had booked for the following night I called Travelocity to add the night to our itinerary now when I really needed them at 2am they keep dropping my call telling me they couldn't reach the hotel which I got through right away. They refused to book and switch my reservation which added another 900 us Dollars to my already costly trip. They refused to refund the $ for the hotel even though I called a day before arriving. I am really frustrated and I want my refund

Nice and convenient hotel who is in transit in Gua
The hotel, the rooms, the price, the staff are all nice. Breakfast is outstanding. The hotel limousine/bus driver was not willing to provide a good service, but to minimize his work. We were dropped at the ground level (arrivals), when we should have been dropped at the first level (departures). We did ask but he ignored our request.
