They checked me in and gave me the room of a couple who was already staying there… and I walked in on them. It was terrible. Then I was offended because I don’t speak Portoguese. Then they told me that breakfast was included… and, of course, they didn’t give me any breakfast.

Very dated, broken / damaged furniture. I asked for a high floor for medical reasons and I was put on the 1st floor. Strange room layout with the infront of the bedroom door. Just really low standard all round and very 1980s

I left my 500 USA Valentino Sneakers and on the room , and my I phone charger and called right after …they said only the I phone charger was found but not the sneakers. I was going to come back on the 29th of July before get back to USA , but now after this , I don’t feel comfortable anymore , even though I ve stayed few times before , Very disappointed :(

I've stayed in several apart hotels in the area, this is by far the worst. Perfect location, but the room is absolutely outdated, smells a house from the 60's without proper cleaning, internet is very slow, windows don't isolate the apartment, you feel sleeping outside, mattress is a bowl, even the sheets were wrong (they put a single bed sheet in a queen bed), towels feel like rugs, breakfast is average. It needs serious renovation, and proper training.

Perfect location,great bldng,freindly and pro active Employees.Check in fast,freindly and informative .Welcome to your room/suite.Its a comfortable area,well divided but more 80s than centurry 21,in urgent need of a refresher.Wood paneling dark make the room which has wonderful windows and glass door to a balcony,look dark and sad.Lamps,furniture and more falls in the same dark and 80s category.excellent airconditioning..Tv good few english speaking programing,yes Cnn....Bathroom old but clean...bathtub verry high as the way was built a

The front staff does not speak any English and do not bother to even try so if you are an Anglo speaker it will be very difficult to communicate. The bell boy named Carlos spoke more English than any of them. I went downstairs to ask for something and the guy at the front desk dismissed me and Carlos came to find out what I needed.

Very convenient for Jardins
It's a convenient place to stay if you are on business or leisure and will need the hotel just for a fair night sleep. Confy, with a very small kitchen and not too many amenities, but excellent breakfast and very good service! Furniture a bit worn but clean, but do not expect fancy stuff - it's a three-star residence service conveniently located at the "Jardins" neighborhood!

Good location and spacious room
First time in São Paulo, hotel turned out to be in a good neighborhood, close to major street and access to public transportation, metro. The room was spacious with separate sitting area, nice for long stay. The main entry area is small with no lounge to hangout. Has a small pool, more like a tub for children.

Great value city centre!
generally very friendly and helpful staff. Gym was good and has a good variety of machines. Breakfast excellent range and choice. The rooms were large and even had a balcony and were low prices for such a nice area of town. Only negative was one of the brakfast staff was a bit rude and left me standing there for ages because she didn't speak English. But apart from that 1 silly girl it's a great place.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip. Room was spacious and nice though a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was great with tasty juices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is very nice and offers lots of options. Will likely return her on my next trip.
