Tidy and neat
This place is great. It's clean, spacious, organized, comfy, etc. and it also serves you a full sized breakfast. It's located next to a local grocery. You'll find pharmacies near by and an interesting variety of restaurants that are well decorated and relaxing to chill (from japanese to peruvian, and even the regional Amazone and Mato Grosso cuisines.) Honestly, I wouldn't recommend any underrated than this for a stay in São Paulo. Being such a big city with so many houses spread between buildings, with all it's sophisticated and good quality services, there's no absolute reason for any hostel not to manage to accomodate you with a very close comfort to a hotel style service.

Nice little hotel near the center of São Paulo
I booked this hotel for a quick nights stay in São Paulo. The room was a bit small and the bathroom arrangement is a bit odd, since the shower and toilet are literally individual rooms. They don’t provide shampoo just super mini soap bars. You also need to buzz in every time you go out and come back. The breakfast was great! There were many options, eggs, sausage, ham, cheese, bread, fruits, juices, coffee, etc. The property is clean and isn’t too far away from the central avenue. The staff was super polite. It’s absolutely a great property for the value. It isn’t fancy by any means but is clean and efficient.

It would be nice if they could consider to maybe offert a dinner if their guests cant stay all the night because of their early flight or something rasonable and have to miss their breakfast. Or another possible service.

Great breakfast with freshly baked cakes and juice and fruits. Good and bright rooms with Windows for ventilation. Bed is a bit hard, pillows are too flat. Good transfer with reasonable price to airport. I nearly missed my flight because one of the staff's did not book my transport after reminding her for many times. Irresponsible staff making empty promises. I requested lower bunk bed because I hurt my knee. There was a,bed available in the room but the girl staff did not give it to me. After many reminders she only did it the next day. Irresponsible and I nearly fell from the upper bunk which was so high for people with short legs like me. You have to follow up closely on your request and make sure that the staff deliver the promises. Disappointed with the service.

Hi Dee. We are very suprise with your review, because your shuttle service was booked correctly with our staff and Transporte Paulista staff. Weren’t no delays to checking out or in the way to the Congonhas airport. About your request for the bottom bed, if was no written in your booking the preferences, you’ll be subject for avaiable beds. And when you asked for, we inform that will be possible on the next day. All our staff was avaiable for you and gived all informations and directions everytime you needed. We take our Jobs very seriously and care for the confort and satisfaction from our guests. Clean, pleasant stay!
We arrived earlier than check in and our room was available so they let us in which was brilliant. Very clean rooms. Slight issue of rain dripping onto a plastic roof downstairs which disturbed sleep but other than that couldn't complain. Breakfast was good too!

Excelente para uma estadia curta
Ficamos 02 noites, eu e minha filha. O quarto é pequeno, mas nos atendeu. O local é bem localizado, perto do metrô e outras comodidades. Tem estacionamento descoberto. O café da manhã é ótimo. O único problema que tivemos numa noite, foi o intenso barulho de hospedes que chegaram de madrugada falando muito alto, rindo e nos acordando. Tivemos uma outra experiência neste local, com a familia toda (04 pessoas) e ficamos num quarto bem confortável e não tivemos episodios de barulho

A hospedagem foi boa, no geral. O atendimento foi ok, porém a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Havia xixi grudado na parte do assento do vazo e fios de cabelo no travesseiro. O café da manhã foi simples, mas gostoso. A localização é maravilhosa, embora o preço cobrado pelo Hostel seja elevado. Ah, eu peguei um carto de casal privativo.

Escolhemos o hostel, porque minha amiga já havia ficado outra vez, num quarto maior. Porém, desde o check-in já ficamos decepcionados, pois não deram opção de parcelamento da estadia. Mas a decepção maior foi quando entramos no quarto. A tranca digital estava estragada, então tinha que acessar por chave comum. Havíamos escolhido o quarto individual com beliche, mas o espaço não comportava esse tipo de cama, conforme podem ver na foto. Eu, com 1,67m não conseguia sentar na cama, senão batia a cabeça no teto. Quando deitava, se esticasse o braço, batia com a mão no teto. Sem contar a cama, que qualquer movimento era um rangido alto, que parecia que uma hora despencaria. Circulação natural de ar simplesmente não tem. Porque as janelas que colocaram no quarto não deixavam entrar quase nenhum ar, devido ao tamanho e ao vão de abertura minúsculo. O espelho do banheiro, por exemplo, demorava horas para desembaçar sozinho. Tinham duas gavetas para guardar mala, mas uma estava com o trinco quebrado. O espelho do quarto estava bem manchado/oxidado. O café da manhã tem algumas boas opções, não tenho o que comentar sobre o serviço prestado ali. A limpeza do quarto foi feita sem problemas também.

Boa relacao custo beneficio. O hostel é muito bem localizado, acomodações bonitas e confortáveis. Uma tomada para cada cama e o wifi é bom. Achei o atendimento razoável e o café da manhã é gostoso (apesar das bebidas no estarem geladas e o dia bem quente). O hostel não oferece toalha (mas há a possibilidade de alugar), nem shampoo, condicionador e sabonete.

Experiência foi muito boa. A localização é ótima na Vila Mariana, proximo a restaurantes, bares e ao lado de um mercado. Cerca de 1,8 km do parque do Ibirapuera a pé. O cafe-da-manhã é simples, mas muito bom. O quarto e o banheiro estavam muito limpos. O quarto é bem pequeno, mas adequado a uma viagem de negócios, que foi o meu caso. O custo-benefício foi o que mais me agradou. Obviamente tem suas limitações por ser um hostel, assim é injusto se criar expectativas de que tenha as mesmas características de um hotel. Apenas como sugestão, recomendo a recuperação do piso da suite de casal, que se encontra bem desgastado, e a renovação das toalhas, que estão bem velhas. Voltaria a ficar hospedado no local.
