This place is an excellent value. Judge it fairly considering its low price. It is well located within walking distance to many historical locations. Rooms are small but clean. They are sufficient for a traveler on a budget. Breakfast is included. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly but speak only Spanish. While I was there in late December, 2019, there was a lot of civil unrest. 2 nights it was within a few blocks of the hotel. I never felt in any danger, but I never stayed out late. Would I stay there again? Yes. It is clean, friendly, well located, and economical.

Good Hotel in Santiago
The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city but within a walking distance to the center. It offers a breakfast. The personnel is friendly an helpful. It is close to Patio Bellavista with plenty of restaurants

Small place with excellent location
On the edge of all the nightlife action close to the Metro but still very quiet. I stay here mainly for the location because it is in the middle of town and small and comfortable.

Horrible place! Trust me!
Noise from staff watching tv and laughing loud all night. When people rang the bell to check in you hear everything too. Shower overflow and was not fixed. Terrible I wouldn't come back even if my life depended on it.

Update to October 2016 Review
This is an update to my previous review. I stayed at this charming hotel in October 2016. I was very pleased with the hotel until I thought money was stolen from my hotel room. Two months later I found the money. I immediately contacted Expedia to find out how I could correct my review of the hotel. Unfortunately, I was informed that there was no way to remove it or update it. I finally found out that I could post another review. I send my deepest apologies to the hotel owner and the staff. I sincerely hope that my previous review hasn't negatively impacted the hotel in any way. The staff were quite helpful and kind. The room was small but adequate for my needs. The hotel is in a pleasant neighborhood and conveniently located near the metro. It's a great place to stay!
