I was expecting the VIP amenity and also at least free water, like at other hotels, but I got charged for all of it...not good. :(

We stayed in the Penthouse suite and it was great! The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English. We really enjoyed our stay at 45 by Director!

Everything was incredible from the moment I arrived. Patricia made me feel immediately at home. The hotel room was clean and the bar in the lobby had phenomenal service and drinks. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! I only wish i could have stayed longer. 10/10 :)

Good value
This hotel is truly worth the value for money, in general, the front desk personnel is friendly and welcoming with a few exceptions. Gold membership is sometimes acknowledge sometimes it is not. In general, this is a wonderful hotel with excellent services and location. I recommended.

Diamond quality hotel

A great value
This is a great little hotel. Very new and shiny still. The room was small but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. Perfect for one person and two people might do okay too. Good breakfast and friendly employees.

Great location, neat hotel
We are very pleased with this hotel, great location and very cozy, our room was small but very contemporary and filled our needs; the two queen beds room us bigger. From the time we got to the hotel until our departure, everyone was very helpful and nice. Starting from front desk Adrian, Cristina; and at the restaurant, breakfast was very good and enough options, Jackeline was very kind and super nice. We stayed an extra night and we will come back in a near future for sure.

The hotel was generally nice and clean. My only complaints are that the shower took long to heat up and never got warm enough, and the bottles of shampoo/soap were almost empty when we arrived. (since they don't give individual bottles). There were also parties that were loud almost every night that could be heard. And I did run out of toilet paper the last day since we didn't want room service/cleaning and they only provided one roll. However staff were nice and the rooms were modern.

Walking distance to the Costanera Center, parks and many good eating choices, yet it was just a block in on a quiet street away from a lot of the commotion a big city brings. The hotel was recently remodeled so everything was pristine.

Very nice location, comfortable anconvenient
To fix: more time at breakfast 10AM on a weekend and on relax days is no enough. Second thing is agreement with a pool provider or build a pool . I love the candies and the fruit on the front desk and the location is very convenient

I only stayed 1 night so only used the breakfast which was more than adequate. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice bedding, soft bed and fluffy pillows. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room were very welcome. Bathroom was clean, well laid out and lots of fluffy towels & toiletries. I would say it was a better choice than more expensive hotels in this area. Easy walk to Tobalaba metro and the Costanera centre.

Great hotel central to cafes, restaurants and shop
We stayed here for a week on holiday and enjoyed the local area. The local pizza place (Tirimasu) is excellent, and always crowded. PF Changs has opened and there are several Starbucks. There is an Applebees but unfortunately it is terrible. Paul's and Eric Kayser are also excellent.

Nice family hotel
El Golf is a wealthy area, clean street and close to the biggest shopping mall. Excellent breakfast. Our room is a suite, nice for a family of 4. Only wish they put one bed to the outside room for kids.
