"In order to leave a review I had to give it an underserving one star ⭐ The staff were rude and spoke to myself and my husband with utter disrespect as if we were little kids! The room we were given was dirty and had nowhere to put anything. We had as a 'wet room' so everything got soaked...such a poorly designed property. The location was tucked in the thick of everything so the noise was constant. The breakfast was cold, there wasn't a kettle in the room therefore anything additional was of an extra cost. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't have a 'hot water' option. One night we entered full of laughter but still considerate of other guests aytge security guard hollered at us making even more noise and waking other guests. Do not waste your money booking that hotel there are many more better quality ones in close proximity where I'm sure you'll be treated like the human you are...oh but as black people we witnessed utter crap behaviour from other guests and they got a pass so of course we're going to presume racism!"

"I recently stayed at AQUA Hotel The Breeze & Spa (Adults Only) and overall had a good experience. The hotel is clean, relaxing, and ideal for a quiet getaway. However, I want to highlight an important point that could help future travelers avoid confusion, especially around the difference between Full Board and All-Inclusive. If you book Full Board expecting an All-Inclusive experience, you may be surprised by extra charges, particularly for drinks during meals or at the bar. Full Board covers meals only, while All-Inclusive includes drinks and additional extras. Another issue I encountered was with Expedia, even when filtering for All-Inclusive, the platform repeatedly showed the same hotel options without clearly distinguishing between Full Board and All-Inclusive packages. This made it quite confusing during the booking process."

"The hotel was spotlessly clean rooms cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed , seaview rooms look out to a lovely beach area , the pool area was always peaceful very low percentage are British so possibly why , breakfast choice was reasonable , we had one evening meal which was very good value.Great choice Hotel and Tossa de mar is a great place to holiday ."

"Nous avons pris demi pension, petit déjeuner buffet bien, ligne d'attente infernal, dinner buffet, viande très très dure, ligne d'attente avant de rentrer dans le resturant et ligne d'attente pour le buffet infernal, tu n'oublies rien car tu ne veux pas retourner en ligne. De plus aucunes boissons n'est incluses au buffet, même pas l'eau, sauf le matin. Coffre fort dans les chambres payant, serviette pour la piscine devons donner un dépot en argent comptant, de plus il y a des gens qui réservent leur place à 7h le matin à la piscine même s'ils n'ont pas le droit alors l'hotel de fait pas respecter les règlements alors si tu ne fait pas la même chose tu risques de ne pas avoir de place et la piscine ouvre vers 10h, chaise à la mer payante. Garage devons donner dépot de 40$ en argent comptant même si le montant a tout été payé.Check in réception très compliquée. Nous pensions de relaxer pour la fin de nos vacances de 3 semaines un 4 jours tranquilles, très mauvais choix, c'est un endroit familial et tres animée. Pour la détente je ne le conseilles pas. Tu attends pour tout et armer vous de patiente car tout est long ( fin mai 2026) la haute saison n"est pas commencée"

"Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff was amazingly accommodating! They were very helpful in answering all of our questions via messaging through the Expedia app prior to our stay. During our stay they were so welcoming. They also helped to arrange transportation to the Barcelona airport upon our departure & even packed us a picnic breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast service began. The views from our room and from the hotel pool were absolutely beautiful. The loungers by the pool are super comfortable. And everything is nearby. There are a ton of places to eat within steps of the property. The castle is also an easy walk. Hands down if we ever make it to Tossa de Mar again, I will absolutely stay here again. It was perfect! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!"
