Great affordable hotel
The hotel was great value for money. The pool wonderful and the staff friendly and helpful. Whilst it is a little dated, it suited our budget and didn't charge anywhere near the same as other hotels in the area. We had breakfast during our stay and they even opened an hour early to allow us to eat before we got the train to the airport. At the quieter end of Sta. Susanna. The hotel was well located for the beach and local restaurants. The hotel had lots of groups staying from France, Spain, The USA. The clientele was at the older end of the spectrum and this made for a relaxing stay.

A/C broken in the entire building. Staff tried to make us comfortable, however the room was brutally hot all night.

Dear guest, We apologize for the situation you had in our hotel, as it was during the weekend, and that made more difficult for us to solve it, the reparation was not usuall, and they had to bring the pieces to repair it from Germany. Because of all this we could not give the service as fast as we would like to give.... The issue with the A/C is actually solved and we have taken measures to avoid this issue in the future. Thanks for your confidence and we keep at your disposal.

FANTASTIC HOTEL :)
Great place!!!:) We stayed at this hotel a fantastic two weeks. The rooms and bathroom very clean. Air conditioning included in the price of operating without problems. Cleaned every day. Towels changed every 2 days. Bed linen 2 times a week or as needed. At the reception available towels for the pool that can be exchanged several times a day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet varied. Everyone will find something for yourself every day. Every day, before noon aqua aerobics in the pool. In the evenings, dance evenings with great salsa. The first time we were in a place where we want to go back many times. Fantastic place:)))

Stayed in hotel for 5 nights with friends, good price, free breakfast, gr8 location, friendly staff but hard to communicate in English, lots of attraction in hotel and around. only one negative - WiFi only in reception area definitely go back again next year

Nice hotel
We had a weeks holiday at this hotel. The pools were really good for my 2year old, we didn't have to fight for a subbed and the pool area is clean. The hotel is also clean with everything you need.

Outdated decor but good for a night
The location is pretty good being near the beach and the promenade with its cafes, markets, bars, shops etc. The room and bathroom were both a good size, although quite dated. The big bed was comfy, the shower pressure great. A brighten up would do wonders. Wifi in the lobby only was a bit annoying. There were two pools, one chlorine (small), one salt water. Car park is across the road from hotel, in an open sandy area. Cost 10€ which wasn't bad. Good service and they spoke good English. The free breakfast was large but not the best food. Dry pastries which were tasteless, awful little egg things, lack of variety in the spreads, warm milk for cereal. Good juice and fruit selection.

The hotel is pretty beat down. Even though it is the beginning of the main vacation season in Europe, there were a plenty of things not working properly, broken, or missing features. The pool is adjacent to the hotel and with good size. However, the beach is over the road, under the rail road tracks, and past the ocean front hotel zone. The food was ok, nothing impressive. However, the hotel staff deserves high five for desire to help.

LLegamos y no estaba la reserva, el checkin decia en la pagína de Hotels.com que era a las 12, nos dijeron que era a las 13:30 Nos dieron tarde la habitación, al día siguiente no la limpiaron, nos dijeron que comienzan a limpiarla a las 15 hs, nunca la limpiaron, reclamamos en la recepción para que la limpien y traigan toallas, trajeron toallas y nunca la limpiaron, tampoco dejaron shampù ni jabones, hubo que reclamarlo de nuevo, pareciera que nos estaban haciendo un favor, Lo único bueno el servicio de cena, el desayuno y la gente del comedor, desde la persona de la entrada al comedor como así también todos los mozos

ha sido una experiencia divertidisima, gracias al personal del hotel, sobretodo nuestro camarero johnny q no tiene rival. el personal estuoendo, amables, cercanos, empaticos.. el exterior divino con las piscinas los pubs la disco.. pr las habitaciones estan bastante dejadas, luces q no funcionan, la tv no coge los canales de mediadet ni atresmedia, la nevera encendida no funcionava, el telefono, desconchones, alguna mano de pintura q falta.. un sin fin.. menos ampliar el hotel y mas restaurar las habitaciones existentes.

el hotel esta muy bien a nivel de limpieza, calidad de colchon, fiesta por la noche en la piscina. Le doy nota negativa a la recepcionista que no nos dijo nada del wifi no nos informo nada sobre los servicios del hotel ni nos informo donde coger las toallas de la piscina.

Cher client, dites-vous que nous apprécions votre commentaire et que nous le prenons très au sérieux, disons que sur la photo on n'apprécie pas les animaux comme tu le dis, en tout cas tu te dis que l'hôtel fait des traitements contre les insectes. Par contre, le réfrigérateur n'est pas sale en aucun cas le plastique est usé par le temps La direction prévoit de remplacer les minibars dans certaines chambres comme nous le faisions il y a deux ans. Vous devrez informer si votre chambre n'était pas à votre goût et nous aurions sûrement changé de chambre. Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire

Réservation pour 1 nuit pour 2adultes et 1 enfant de 14 ans... erreur sur l’âge de ma fille, âge enregistré 10ans...à l’arrivée dans la chambre il n’y a qu’un lit double et du linge pour 2…retour à la réception et là on nous dit que c’est normal puisque c’était prévu pour un enfant de 10ans! Nous demandons à avoir une autre chambre avec un lit supplémentaire ( l’hôtel n’est pas complet) et là nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre poussiéreuse, malodorante (odeur de moisi et cigarette) avec une vieille salle de bain, un des lits pas propre et la clim en panne... notre pire nuit en espagne heureusement la seule. Sinon les parties communes de l’hôtel sont vieillottes mais correctes, le personnel aussi... Le réceptionniste a fait de son mieux et était très aimable mais son responsable n’a pas voulu nous donner mieux. Petit déjeuner très moyen, ascenseur pour accéder au parking en panne à notre départ, parking inondé suite à une orage et Réveillés tôt car il y a un chantier à côté ( enfin ça s’est temporaire) Donc hôtel que nous ne conseillons pas car même si le prix est raisonnable passer un nuit sans clim dans cette chambre reste le pire souvenir de notre séjour en Espagne

Maar geboekt voor 1 nacht. Prachtig mooi zwembad. Kamer netjes maar klein evenals de badkamer. Airco viel helaas gedurende de nacht uit en bed was iets te zacht naar mijn smaak, dus rugpijn... Duidelijk ook iets te weinig personeel. Op sommige plaatsen kwam geen bediening.

Alles Super, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Der Service an der Bar könnte verbessert werden, man wartet Abends gerne mal eine halbe Stunde auf ein Getränk, der Kellner kommt nicht von selbst, man muss ihn mehrmals darum bitten. Das gleiche in den beiden Restaurants an der Strasse. Ansonsten Rezeption und Reinigungsservice super freundlich und entgegenkommend.

De accomodatie was goed. Zeker de prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De kamers waren netjes en schoon. De bedden lagen goed en de badkamer was prima. De sfeer in het hotel was wel matig dan de overige hotels voor wat betreft het vermaak. En persoonlijk houd ik van hotels waar geen huisdieren zijn toegestaan, dat stond niet vermeld.

Perfecto.
Todo perfecto! Nos ha encantado. Lo mejor la piscina y la amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel. La comida también muy buena, de todo a cualquier hora. Se agradece la carne y el pescado cocinados al momento.
