Great stopping point for one night on the way to Las Vegas, cannot ask for more. Staff is very friendly, and rooms are clean. Surprisingly very quiet stay as it is right by the highway.

I have never in my life had a worse experience. First when I went in office to check in, I was told by a old man with limited English to just wait. No explanation, just pointed to a chair and said wait.. after 6mins. I yelled back why can't I checkin. Then2 young women drove up, and cme in. Evidently they were supposed to be working... when she said sorry for the wait i said you should be, she then said i could go somewhere else and she wasnt going to put up with my attitude. I was exhausted after diving 9 hours and wasnt going anywhere and when i got in my room the place smelled like it was dipped in fabreeze. I just turned on the air and slept the best i could.

It’s an old hotel it’s been repainted and slightly refurbished, But it still needs lots of updates. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, no latch in it. My washcloth was all stained and there was dried blood on my pillow under the pillowcase. They say they have breakfast (continental) till 9 am but we got there at 8:30 and it was all picked over. Nothing refreshed and quite messy with the trash overflowing. And there were probably only max of 10 rooms booked that night. Being a female I don’t think I would have stayed in this town if I were alone. I would NOT have felt safe. Most everything is gone in the town, old rte 66. There’s really only a Mexican place and a pizza place to eat at. It’s just a sad town. I’m sure it’s a good place for the truckers to rest their heads. But I myself wouldnt go back.

Pillows were really really bad. Not gross just not comfy. Slept on my jacket instead. Room was as clean as it could be but it was in rough shape so it just made it feel dirty. Little holes in furniture. Stained toilets. Walls looking beat up. Didn’t love location. There is no street appeal so that just played into how dirty the place felt.

Friendly reception girl. Room was small, but nice. Bed was firm, which was not that bad. The pollows were flat. If we hadn't been so tired, we would've asked for different ones. Overall, a good, safe, warm stop for the night.

I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere in Santa Rosa. Just keep driving. There aren’t great restaurants or lodging options. There is a train track near this motel.

This was economical and clean, which was what I was after. It is an older motel, in an older part of the town, with train track close by which two trains went thru early in the morning. The biggest disappointment was the bedding. In my opinion there was no top sheet, just a semi-course woven cotton blanket. They disagreed and said that WAS a sheet. Never have I had a sheet like that and I have stayed in MULTIPLE economical motels. Fortunately, my next stay was in another Americas Best Value and it had an actual sheet as a top sheet, like EVERY other place I have stayed.

The staff was great and the room was a mix of old and newly updated. The bed was very comfy and breakfast was good. This might be temporary, but the old mattress stands were piled in the parking lot for pick up (I think). Food nearby was quite limited. Lots of places permanently closed nearby.

This hotel is perfectly fine if you are road weary and need a clean bed and a hot shower at a reasonable price. It is an older property that the present owners have renovated to an acceptable condition. The rooms are small, but who notices that when you're asleep? For the prices charged it's a good deal. I'll stay definitely here next time I'm passing through.
