Room was not clean. Floor was sticky and shower booth was not clean. Found someone else's hair on the wall and stains. No amenities except 2 tiny bar soaps.

Guest next to my room was doing barbecue using electric grill at 11 pm in the front of his door. Also there was boombox music, not very loud but can still hear at 3 am, and there was few people walking around.

It was ok just odd that there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room they also don’t put the little shampoo and conditioner like almost everywhere else but overall it was a peaceful stay

I stayed in a deluxe handicap accessible room. I was impressed with the shower which had a folding bench and hand shower attachment. I would say over all it was actually between good and excellent and would give it 4 1/2 stars.

The staff were friendly, pleasant, and caring. I complained upon checking in about the room's cleanliness, and within 5 minutes they were inspecting the room and cleaning. The issue as I'm told many times by locals is the "some-people" who come in and stay in Santa Maria with their "excessive" party like mentality. The room was clean, new paint, new sheets, and I liked my walk-in shower! it was new! some places you can tell that it needs renovation, but this place/room was clean and had been painted recently. I had a mid-sized fridge! For me it's important because some places they give you smaller than a "SMALL" fridge like you can hardly fit anything! so I was happy about the "working" fridge :) had a Microwave, and a TV. No Ironing board, no blow-dryer. X4 Large size Towels, one small for hands and another mid size in the bathroom-shower area. x2 soaps which I didn't touch so I can't comment if they were dry or soft or anything else. Overall I would recommend it as a place to stay due to it's cleanliness, 24/7 desk service, and if you need the place for overnight. As far as the area in general I was not happy with the noises. I booked it for business and work.

The soap was so dry it was like rubbing a rock for suds. No shampoo or conditioner. And the shower towels felt like compressed paper towels. Below average for Motel 6. The walls were paper thin so you can hear all the noises and I think my room was haunted.

Motel 6 is your basic bare-bones motel. It is affordable and no-frills. When I stay here, I already know it is what it is. The one thing I need to point out is that we found old moldy takeout in the refrigerator. Gross.
