"The room was lovely but the furniture was a bit dated ( worn out tear spots on the arms of the chairs)
Wine Glasses or items seen in hallway for up to 24 hours- I felt there should be a cleaning before morning to pick up glasses and items in hallway and by pool"
"We used it as a base for excursions into Santa Fe and surrounding areas, which worked out well. A couple of notable gems nearby include the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market and the restaurant Palumbo, both walking distance as was a distillery and REI"
"Hotel Santa Fe has managed to maintain and emulate the true sense of Native and Hispanic hospitality, cordiality, and welcoming charm. The staff were very kind, helpful, professional. The artwork and craftsmanship throughout create an elegant and peaceful oasis. I highly recommend it."
"The Staff at Drury Plaza in Santa Fe were EXCELLENT! They were all very friendly and helpful from check in to check out and everything in between.
The included Breakfast was great, and with the included Drinks and Food for Happy Hour, we stayed around the Hotel and met a lot of other nice people staying there."
"This property is very conveniently located and parking is good. Kitchen staff very helpful and provided a decent, basic breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Room was clean and had the basics needed. Not sure why they charge a “resort” fee as nothing is offered beyond the basics of a regular non-resort Hampton Inn type property. They should not claim to provide WiFi as it is completely useless. We could not even download email messages so forget about streaming anything. We resorted to using our cell service. The room could use some attention to maintenance in that the safe did not work and was never replaced in spite of frequent promises to get that done. They did waive the “resort” fee in the end as a result. The wood privacy shutters are broken in the room and we had to manually maneuver them to get them closed. Just a little thing which indicates poor attention to detail."
