"硬體設施來說很滿意，本次預定兩種房型，一間雙人雙床房，一間三人房，但是櫃台人員卻無視原本的訂房資訊，自動把房型與人數對調，連住三晚備品也沒有補足(三人房的備品只有兩份，但是後面還是只補兩份，雙人房的備品第一晚補了三份，告知是雙人入住，後面就只被兩份)，飯店呼籲響應環保，所以杯子連續三天都是要回來自己清洗。 因為是自駕旅遊，飯店提供免費停車，飯店位置極佳，於市區內，吃的逛的飯店前後區域都還能滿足需求，且飯店對面有換錢所，於旅客來說很方便。 除卻第一天的櫃檯辦理入住人員及整理清潔度來說，其餘服務人員對於旅客需求都能快速協助(包含資訊詢問、行李搬運...等等)，是可以推薦的飯店"

"대체적으로 만족한 시설이었으나 화장실 청결 상태가 좋지 않아 리모델링이 필요함. 수건 세탁 상태도 양호하지 않음 제주 한 달 살아보기 할 때 이용하고픈 숙소임."
