"The rooms are very outdated, it really looks like it was the bedroom of a very old man, who possibly died on his favorite chair next to his rickety bed. The walls, carpet, furniture, and even the blinds gave a very dark esthetic to the room, and it was better to pretend you were at a niceish bedroom of an old western inn above the saloon. Even the vanity in the bathroom looked like it once held a wash basin instead of a sink a few centuries ago. Even the hot water for the shower was non existent twice.
All the treadmills did not work and all 3 days we were there, I saw no one working to fix them. The door to the pool was locked so you always had to ask a front desk person to open it. Also, the hot tub was so chlorinated that it stung the heck out of my nose and eyes.
On our 2nd night around 12am, the AC made a very loud and weird noise and there after it was super loud at all times unless you turned it down to 60 or you had to unplug it. When we tried to call the front desk to ask about it, we discovered the phone wad nothing more than decoration. It did not work and when I tried to see of it was plugged in, a cloud of dust came out so I just left that alone...
If you need someone at the front desk, good luck. We only saw someone minding the desk like 2 times from the many times we went in and out of the hotel.
Al in all, it was not a good stay."
