I arrived at the hotel but the lady who was at Reception did not want to open the gate for me as she said I didn't have a reservation. "The room did not appear as it was on the photos available on the website. The reservation said a twin bed but it was a small single bed. The room was very small. The service was however very good and very friendly. I got used to the very narrow space. The price was good."

"All rooms are internal rooms. No real windows. Walls very thin. Running water in pipes loud. Roma well decorated. After my stay, I left my luggage in the storage area, and when I came back in the afternoon to collect it, the hotel was “closed.” I missed my onward flight. The manager/owner did help get my luggage back and offered me a free night’s stay, but it was too late. I’ve never seen a hotel that was “closed” before. Read the other reviews before booking. I do not recommend it."
