Nice property! It is located on a hill, they have a separate elevator that takes you to street level and city becomes very walkable. Only negative was the restaurant staff, after check-in went for lunch and it felt the staff was trying to make us sit in bar area and not offer us a restaurant table, after some persistence I was able to get a table able in the restaurant.

Nice place, buffet was good and staff was great. We were tired from traveling and they accommodated our needs to eat and rest. I would stay here again, very nice updated hotel.

Amazing hotel, exactly as it looks in the pictures, our room was fantastic, the brilliant bed, shower, dog bed and bowls were extras that made it great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is secure and safe with large spaces, it was underground so we didn’t have to worry about our car being left. Access to the city via a lift easy walking to some excellent food in the old town. Would recommend to anyone to stay and hope we can stay again.

The room was well maintained and stylish. Superb shower and great bathroom in general. Breakfast was superb. We didn't eat dinner here so can't comment on that but we really enjoyed our stay in general and the location is excellent for walking to the beaches and the old town, once you know about the lifts down to Easo Kalea

Beautiful and classy hotel. Decor is luxurious. Room was very comfortable. We were pleased with the service at check in. The restaurants and other amenities looked lovely but we did not use.

A hotel to return to
Lovely new hotel in a great central location. Only stayed for the one night en route home from Portugal but wlll return when in the area. We had our dog with us and the hotel were very accomodating with this.

Great stay.
From beginning to end it was fantastic. Check in staff were so nice and friendly, very professional. The room was top quality. Dinner in the restaurant was really good and well priced. The roof top pool and bar had amazing views over the bay. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Great location and well thought out hotel with good facilities. Great attention to detail around the hotel with little touches that make all the difference. Negatives: sometimes under staffed at the bar/restaurant creating longer wait times. Roof terrace bar could use a better playlist instead of poor Spanish radio station. We used the Spa also which was an additional charge….I feel this should be free at least once and you only get one hour in there.
