"The climate control in the lobby was inadequate. There were only two small vertical air-conditioning units, which were not sufficient to cool the space, especially in a city where temperatures remain around 80°F with 100% humidity throughout the day. The corridors leading to the rooms were hot and had little to no ventilation. During a rainstorm, one of the elevators had to be taken out of service because of a water leak. On a positive note, the bedroom was clean, and the air conditioning in the room worked well overnight."
