"Receptionist was unnecessarily difficult and rude. Kept wandering off and telling me to book in online but the online booking is not very user friendly. Rooms are very basic but you get what you pay for. I had booked a double with its own private bathroom. But only got a twin with shared bathroom. A/c room heating didn’t work, just looked like the box was installed in the room but not plumbed in or electricaly connected.
