"We loved this hotel. We rented a Junior Suite which was basically a one bedroom apartment with a spacious combined living/dining room. The bathroom was also very spacious. While there, we took full advantage of the in house laundry room. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our only problem was with the housekeeping staff on a Sunday who never came to our room. Luckily we found the duty manager who was cleaning rooms on another floor who was very nice and gave us towels. This property is very close to the historic old town and main sites and museums. There are ample good restaurants in the area as well as market with one being ten steps away from the main entrance. "

"The dinner restaurant on premises was economically priced for the area and our meal was excellent. The breakfast buffet was expansive. We enjoyed our balcony. Street parking was easy in front of the hotel in November and validated by the hotel for 4 Euros. The many electrical switches and panels were very confusing and yet there weren't enough electrical outlets to easily charge two iPhones. "

"Victoria palace, was base for trip to Misano race track, so we didnt use the facilities much, staff very good, and friendly , rooms are clean, perhaps could do with up grade in styling ! we did , change from economy room , to superior as found economy room tiny for our stay "
