Probably the best located hotel in San Marino. Very quaint and family run vibes. Rooms are small but you don’t need much else!

Hotel Cesar was located in the best possible spot in San Marino. The views from our room were spectacular. We could see the 3 Towers of San Marino as well as amazing views of the surrounding mountain's.. The service was excellent and their restaurant was fantastic. The rooms are dated but very comfortable. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there.
Nice hotel located next to city gate and parking lot number 6. The hotel has an arrangement for reduced parking rates. Room was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality, however onsite dinner at restaurant was a bit bland. The hotel seems to have hosted many dignitaries such as French president Mittérand, whose testimonials can be read in the lobby.

Excellent location
The location is excellent ,,everything is walking distance ,, the restaurant has great food and service ,, the rooms need an upgrade ,, shower had mold in walls ,, beds were comfortable ,, but room very crowded and poor lighting ,,
The location of this property is excellent with wonderful views from the rooms overlooking the valley. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is of a high standard. Would love to stay there again. Thanks to all
We found this hotel to be exactly what we expected from the information online. Lovely position, room was nice, clean, only issue was with wooden ceilings and dark blue walls it was very dark at night when trying to get ready to go out. Breakfast was extremely basic and not replenished very fast, but overall a lovely stay and would return
Amazing hotel at the top of the mountain! The view was spectacular. We sat on our private balcony for sunset. Excellent buffet. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. Quaint shopping, restaurants, churches, fort…all within easy walking distance. We LOVED it!!
No coffee making facilities in the room, along with plastic cups. Hot Breakfast was rather ropey at 09:00am. The good parts were it’s close to the first and second tower for sightseeing.
The hotel is great. Easily accessible, clean, comfortable, has good breakfast and very friendly staff. I stayed for a night and enjoyed the room and the view a lot.
We had a disabled parking pass so we were able to use that for free off site parking which is very close. The only complaint was the TINY SHOWER - like so tiny, don’t drop the soap, because you can’t stand back up tiny. The staff, restaurant and everything about the place was friendly and welcoming!
Great location, lovely staff and a very clean and comfortable room with amazing views over the valley.
If you can have dinner in the main restaurant and watch your steaks get cooked over the open wood fire, delicious.
Lovely view, the best of perhaps anywhere I have stayed! We picked the nicest room and it was worth it. Just perfect. I highly recommend. The hotel restaurant downstairs had high quality food and I also recommend it. Be prepared to spend a long time waiting for the food, however. Service is typical for the region, which is to say slow. Still, the food was excellent, so I recommend it anyway.
The location was great and the parking was nearby. We loved the walking access to the old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is excellent. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Unfortunately we booked a room on the street side which was quite noisy. If possible don't book a room on this side.
This property is central to all of the main attractions in San Marino. Parking is San Marino can be a challenge but is more of a waiting game. There are two self- parking lots within 400m of the hotel but they fill up rather quickly so you have to keep driving around until a spot appears. The hotel has a nice restaurant attached and the breakfast is a traditional European-style breakfast. The Staff was friendly and the view from our room was amazing! Definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in San Marino and visit for a night or two.
Its in the historical center, a few minutes to towers and also to the central square. In the hotel is also the restaurant. Its not expensive, and food is very good.
