Well to begin we were never notified that this property is under construction. It was noisy. The receptionist was not nice at all, she was just doing her job and that’s it. You could tell she was not happy to be there. She had the same attitude with the person in front of us. Also the cleaning crew limited our towels to 1 towel per 2 people in the room so we had to order another set. The bed was the worst I would wake up with a back ache. But the worst of all was that we couldn’t sleep in the construction noise started early. The place look ugly!! No pool no jacuzzi. But was charged as if everything was available to use. Garden was a mess and closed because of construction.

Great stay in a Deluxe King Garden Room. Plenty of room to spread out. Liked the bathroom double sinks. Even though the room had its own jetted tub we used the hot tub in the courtyard. Enjoyed the Steakhouse on the property, even had breakfast there one morning. The Inn is just across the street from the square with more restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Will definately come again.

Superb location for dining, wine tasting. Suite had very private jacuzzi, great bed, attractive design. On-site restaurant was fantastic! Great service with text-based communication. Service person came quickly to fix our internet/wifi/tv problem. Everyone was very nice.

The grounds are nicely maintained and service good. Our room was very small, stained carpets, there was a lot of dust on shelves and tops of fixtures (tv, coffee maker). I have stayed at this property many times and only a couple times booked through third party platforms. Those times seem to be when we have received a poorly maintained older room.

Downtown in lovely grounds
The inn is really well situated, just a few steps from downtown Paso Robles and the grounds are immaculate, I'd love to see them in Spring and Summer. Rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable.

Perfect for a quick girls getaway
Super cute hotel! Rooms are a bit small but clean and well kept. This was perfect for our girls weekend. Great on site restaurant and walking distance to shops and more dining options.
