"TERRIBLE SERVICE. So with tv remote in the hotel room it wasn’t working. So I went down to front desk to ask for a different remote or if someone could fix them. They said they will fix it for us. They never came. We went down there 3 times to remind them to come and finally they did come. Our tv would not shut off so the whole time without tv, we could not sleep at all because it was on. Another bad customer service was when we were at the pool, I ordered a $10 drink and they charged us $45. I saw the mistake and let them know and told them to void transaction. They didn’t do that and said they couldn’t help me. I requested to see the manager and was then able to void the transaction. Overall horrible stay."

"This is a beautiful hotel and the double bed room was huge. The decor is very upscale and the rooftop lounge/ hot tub area is amazing. Now for the cons: The parking situation is not ideal. There’s a garage within walking distance but it’s very easy to get turned around in there. We ended up lost trying to find our way back out to the hotel. The beds and pillows are not comfortable at all. The pillows were completely flat and the mattress was hard as a rock. Do not expect to sleep well here if you’re sensitive to noise. Everything in the hallway echos, including early morning cleanings and other guests coming in and out. The outside traffic of being in downtown was horrible."

"Great hotel with a lovely ambiance. The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. We stayed for five nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The only downside was the housekeeping service, which was inconsistent—on a couple of days it wasn’t done properly, and I had to call to have it redone."

"I like the wrist band we got at front desk that was able to use as a keycard to get in room. I don’t like all the extra charges. There was a charge for parking, hotel amenities charge per night and then security deposit in case damage to room. We do get security deposit back."

"Son had a continental breakfast at the Rumbao Market. He said it was good but wished that there were more ethnic food offerings & coffee as well. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. We were here for our son’s wedding. Staff was excellent and very attentive and accommodating. We would stay again!"
