From not having a room available at check in time, to the rudeness of the front desk staff - who told me she had no idea when a room would be ready, to the hair and makeup on the supposedly clean towels, to finding out upon checkout that they didn’t have any record that I had checked in (despite having run my credit card for a room deposit/incidentals and giving me a key) - which means they could have assigned my room to anyone else who checked in and given them a key to my room while I was in it - this was the WORST hotel stay I’ve ever had. And with the amount I’ve traveled over decades - that’s saying something. The room didn’t have a window to the outside despite being “one of the best rooms we have”; it was loud from the noise coming from both the lobby/restaurant area even 3 levels up and from some non-stop droning noise that wasn’t the A/C unit, and even with all the lights on, the room was depressingly dark. Staff was unhelpful and clearly didn’t like working there. Never again will I stay at any of these properties.

Everything was great. My only critique would be on the breakfast food. It was very simple but the day the tater tots were served they were hard and stale. So maybe improve the quality of the food? Or keep an eye on it better so it doesn’t go bad as fast

Clean! Quiet! Nice rooms and powerful aircon! Breakfast can be better. Understaffed at check in. Free wifi. Nice bed and pillows. A lot of fastfood around, walkable. Affordable will come back.

This hotel is clean. The staff is courteous. If there’s anything I’d like to point out is that the AC doesn’t seem to be working. I’m just glad that the weather is cool. Overall, I shall come back whenever I’m around the area.

the staff when I checked in was relatively unfriendly, girl at counter was curt. man who checked me in was relatively curt as well. room had something splattered all over ceiling (ew) and bathroom toilet was broken, such that every other minute, it made a weird gushing noise that made it hard to sleep.

The staff were mostly friendly. The gym the lights are motion censored but I guess in the treadmill it doesn’t trigger them. I had to constantly get off. I wasn’t given a receipt from picking up snacks in the hotel. The hotel is very dated. I was unable to eat breakfast mostly carbs or imitation meat/eggs. Not for me. It was a bed for the week. But def a hotel I won’t be returning to for me.

My stay at the domain hotel was average, the lobby area is pretty nice and smells great throughout the hotel. Staff is friendly, For room quality is decent, queen bed were very comfortable with tempurpedic mattress! but I did have an issue with hot water due to the hotel having a machine problem. After speaking with the onsite manager, she waived a day worth of parking My stay was five day four nights. Each morning breakfast is prepared downstairs, check out process fast and easy.

I just checked out of The Domain Hotel this morning after spending two nights there with no hot water. I complained about this, a broken toilet, and a beeping smoke detector in the hallway outside my room after my first night, and my room was moved. But then there was no hot water on the second night in the “upgraded” room! When I complained again, I was simply told my parking would’ve covered ($12). No apology. Just a clipped, rude offer from the front desk clerk that I could talk to the manager later. This is unacceptable. I am a business traveler and have reservations at The Domain Hotel for many days through the next month. There’s no way I will return or people from my company will return in these circumstances. What a terrible way to treat return business clientele! No hot water for two nights-- who would stay here?

I stayed here between Feb 5th until Feb 6th and I won't be staying here again. The night I stayed in, the people beside my room tried opening my door and I couldn't sleep at night due to the noise (excessive amount of swearing and loud voices). I felt unsafe. I made a request to the front desk to change my room and so they disabled my access on the FOB and changed my room with a new FOB. But I found out on Feb 6th as I was leaving my room that the door wouldn't lock physically. I took a video and showed the front desk and they wouldn't believe me at first until their manager tried. They were able to push open the door with ease. At this point, I was lacking sleep and did not feel safe at all and so I requested to check out immediately. I was supposed to stay until Feb 8th but too many things happened already. Since I was visiting my boyfriend, he came to see me on the 6th and he didn't realize I had switched rooms and used the original key card he had to open the original room and realized it was empty. FOB for original room was never deactivated. At this point, 2 rooms have security issues. I really don't recommend this place until they fix their system to ensure the cards work properly and to ensure the doors actually lock. As a female who travelled alone, I really didn't feel safe at all.

I’ve stayed a decent amount over the last year, but it seems to be going down hill a bit. Bathrooms continue to be extremely outdated. I asked someone at the front desk for coffee (as he was looking at his phone) and he didn’t know if he had non decaf coffee or not for the room. Only consistent is the fantastic service at the cantina.

We have stayed her many times, while our father was in hospice care nearby. Nice little bar, great street tacos, friendly staff, clean rooms. I do not like that they started charging $12 for parking. I do like the hot breakfast in the morning. Safe area.
