The room above me had at least 20 people staying in it both nights. There stomping around all night until 3 am talking loud then both morning several of them stood right outside my door at 7am talking very loudly and the stomping and jumping upstairs started that early in the morning again. How could staff allow that many people in one room. It was a horrible experience and I got zero sleep

I like using this Quality Inn because it has a great low price, it is completely adequate. It includes free breakfast and is a convenient location to access the entire South Bay area.

For the price, this was a decent room. The room itself was clean. It could use some upgrades in the bathroom. The negative thing was the parking. When we got back at night the lot was full and had to park behind the motel. It’s not the best area so I was definitely nervous and checking on my vehicle throughout the night.

Was a decent place to stay room was clean and comfortable, just a little seedy, definitely has long stays there. I think most of the issues came from the apartment complex Nextdoor. Always heard yelling and police over there a few times. Room was clean, staff were nice, for the price overall good stay.

Unfortunately, we did not stay at this property. Upon arrival there was a lot of sketchy people in the parking lot and around the area. I’m not sure how this hotel had such a high rating. Not knowing the area we booked this hotel due to the ratings but in person, we did not feel comfortable or relaxed in this unsafe environment.

Room was decent enought to sleep cause of bed was comfy. It was hard to turn on tv so my kid and I can chill cause remote wasnt fully working. Hubby wasn't content that there was barely enough hot water in shower. Took long enough to check-in with lots of documentation and slow process before getting our key. I understand that they have to make sure person checkin in is infront of them but maybe an ID is enough especially if there's kid in car sleeping one has to stay. Overall so strict but don't get in the way of staying safely and hopefully they have more breakfast option cause food option was decent

All of the staff I interacted with were great! Good service. The room was fine given that I just needed a place in the area to stay overnight, but a number of things were funky about it. There was a makeup stain on one of the pillows, there were food crumbs behind the nightstand, there was a chunk out of the bathroom wall that had been really haphazardly plastered, the bathroom window did not close all the way and I was on the first floor so that’s a safety hazard. There was dried white stuff of some sort all over the desk chair, there were gouges out of the sink, and when people were yelling outside my room at night, I tried to look out the peephole, but it was missing and just stuffed with a tissue. The refrigerator was super loud and had rusted shelves, as well as cracks in the door, with tinfoil over it to seal it. The bathtub finish was peeling. I didn’t think I was picky, but I guess I might need to look at higher rate rooms because this was not great. Served my needs, but room for improvement. The breakfast was good!

Very upset me and my fiance have the guy at the desk in lobby money to pay for another night and he said the rates went up like 30 more then what we already paid on the app so we had to go get that 30 out of bank and then the man in lobby said here are your new keys and new parking pass and told us that we just pay it when we get back and we left to go pick up our daughter from school and went to get the 20;. So when we got back our daughter was passed out so we went to put her in room and we find we was locked out so my fiance went to the office and the man who was at the front office started telling my fiance that we didn't pay nothing on our room and he called him a lier so my fiance came out to the car and told me and I went into the office and showed him my itinerary and then he said we was locked out of our room and he had to call someone to unlock the room. We was locked out waiting for him to let us in our room for 3 hours in the cold and we paid for our room already on the app and they made us pay more.

with a few changes , the room could be much better
What i saw on the picture adverstised was not the same. Stains on the carpets in the rooms. Just do a professional cleaning and it might be better. great view from the room along with the terrace. Breakfast was great and great customer service at front desk.

The room was great for a simple stay for overnight. Only the breakfast, the coffee was cold already even I requested for a new replacement for the coffee thermos refill. But nevertheless, breakfast is good. Also, the additional surcharge fee was not mentioned while I was booking and I just found out after I booked that it was added when I saw a confirmation from my email about my booking. It should not be like that. It should appear before booking and not after.

We were on the first floor. Directly above us, around 2 am the people were fighting in their room. It sounded like they tore the place up! We found out there was no nightwatch to have interceded with the problem tenant. Unsettling to say the least.
