I was not happy with my stay at this hotel. The lobby was filled with prostitutes, once I got to my room, the air conditioning didn’t work, the AC unit wouldn’t even turn on. The glass door for the closet wouldn’t stay in its track and fell into the closet when we tried to use it. It was very hot but we couldn’t open the windows because it was so loud outside our window until 4am. There was constant music, people yelling and car alarms. The hallways were also very noisy with clientele. On our second night, the neighbor was smoking and our room was so full of smoke it was causing us to cough, even though smoking in the hotel rooms is not allowed. We checked out after 2 nights and found another hotel. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable but this hotel felt like a brothel and changing rooms would not have made me any more comfortable.

The casino had a wide range of gambling options and the 24hr bar has a lot of "social butterflies" to engage with.

It's a beautiful hotel casino. The staff are amazing and they keep improving the facility. A very friendly place to go.

la peor estadía de mí vida es un hotel donde no deben ir sras solas. Es un hotel que se usa para reencuentros sexuales con prostitutas. Soy una Sra viuda y fue muy feo. deberían avisar eso en vuestro sitio. Pagué muy caro por un mal servicio y peor hotel

Halloween Business Trip
Traveled to San Jose for a Business trip. Stayed at the hotel over Halloween. They dis a wonderful job of decorating the facility for a large Halloween party, unfortunately a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert took place on Halloween so the party was canceled. Hotel Has a good restaurant, Several bars and good security for all people entering. Rooms were clean and the staff friendly. I'll be back. A good stay.

The area is relatively peaceful surrounding the hotel, the hotel itself is lively throughout the evening. The Bar is a great place to hang out and watch sporting events. The Jungle Club is pretty nice and they have good food. Breakfast in the main restaurant is pleasant. overall good casino with a lively atmosphere. This is not ideal for families with kids!

Great stay
I rate the hotel a five star. I have stayed many times over the years and it has never let me down. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The property is always clean and in great shape. The rooms are spotless and always kept that way.

In all my reviews of the hotels that I used here in Expedia, I have tried to be fair, honest and objective. I am a Platinum member and I have lots of experience using hotels that advertise in Expedia. This hotel left a sour taste in my palate. Expedia must give a warning that this hotel is For Adults only. I arrived early because of my early flight but not planning to check in as I know that check begins later in the afternoon. But I was greeted by the most rude and inhospitable staff at the registration desk. The rooms look older even though they say that the hotel is newly built. Block out curtains are partially detached and so cannot totally block the lights from outside. They do not give complimentary bottled water. The beds are soft but shows signs of being overused. They have a safe for your valuables. Hot water is good and so is Wi-Fi signal. The hotel is located in the lower area of historical downtown and so you have to walk going up and down if you want to visit touristic sites. I also got a warning from the front desk that the area is unsafe especially in the evening. The worst is the noise. I was not able to sleep during my last night as the loud noise from the bar and the people fighting right in front on the hotel entrance is so loud. I have video and photos to prove it. Breakfast is good at the restaurant of the hotel. Will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

I have stayed at Taormina several times, and I can't wait for my next trip. The staff is so friendly and they are always looking to improve the property and improve the guest experience. This was one of my best stays yet. *note: this is an adults only property.

Only travel there if you’re a single male. Ac didn’t work properly. Kept shutting off. Also my room key would quit working at least once a day so that was annoying. But most of the staff were very friendly. Food was decent, a little expensive but good. Location is good.

Always a pleasant stay at the Taormina. Price is reasonable and the staff is amazing. Only stayed 2 nights, maybe longer next time. As I said on a review before, not for families.
