We loved our stay. Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. Direct access to the mall, which was great during a rainy day because the mall has an arcade kids play center and we spent a couple of hours there followed by a movie at the movie theater. Plenty of good options too.

The Hilton was the perfect selection for our trip plans. We used this as our stopover before commutig to other areas. The very short distance from the San Jose airport was extremely ideal. Then there was the City Mall attached which was perfectly convenient. We even went to the coffee farm from there, and the distance was not bad at all. The breakfast was good. They have two lovely bars and a relaxing pool. The staff were quite friendly. J have no complaints. I will certainly use them always when travelling to CR.

While it is a convenient hotel to SJO, I found it to be quite noisy until 11pm then starting at 5am, with traffic on the main Alajuela highway.
