Best Western in San José del Cabo

"This was our first time at an all- inclusive in Cabo. We were quite impressed. First, the staff is great and very friendly, especially our concierge Tedd! He was the best and always in contact with us plus went over and beyond for my daughter’s birthday! Thank you Tedd! The food was very good and the service as well. My only critique would be some cleanliness issues around pool but other than that we had a great stay!"

"I almost didn’t book this resort due to other people’s reviews about food etc .. am not picky but we do like good food .. food wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad it was pretty descent and good. They have a buffet restaurant that is available to everyone and it was descent we ate there most of the time and then they have restaurants that you can make reservations to dine there, only got to try the Italian one and even though it was limited options the food was great. Also during the day they have many options like stone oven pizza being made to order by the pool, sushi options also being made to order, a different buffet by the beach, a snack bar with the basics like burgers, fries fruit etc .. and each day they have like specialties one day it was Brazilian food and another day it was wings they were grilling outside .. they really do try and I like that and some food options were good. It’s clean and cleaning ladies are great .. they an also provide waters, sodas and beer refills for your room mini fridge everyday. The staff was great and friendly always helpful, the bar tenders and servers were even better! They had night family activities every day .. one night was karaoke, another was an outdoor movie on a giant projector, another was like a fire show, also has a theater that had shows daily like Michael Jackson, Disney character shows etc. overall the entire resort was clean every worker was friendly and they work hard to keep it that way. My family enjoyed the stay!"

"Stunning hotel, gorgeous rooms and pool. Javiers restaurant is on the property. Service was exceptional. Only thing i wish was that I hadnt opted for the free airport shuttle in exchange for my morning for a timeshare sales pitch. To be clear the people that work at the hotel are amazing and it is never pushed on you. But if you opt for the free one way (not round trip lol) transfer be prepared to get a pushy sales pitch. Would stay here again as we loved san jose del cabo and the spotless facilities. I would just pay for the cab transport thats only 20 minutes away. "

"It was a great four days here. The staff, the service, the property and amenities were top notch and left nothing to be desired. We were pleasantly surprised by all the activities they had for the kids - including a smores session and a movie night among the palm trees. Wonderful memories. We are definitely planning on returning here someday! "
