"Staff were very helpful. Accomodate a super late check in. Room was clean and comfortable. If you are comfortable walking you could walk to the main landmarks (it’s Rome so I got comfortable walking to most places). Staff also helped arrange for local taxis the two times I needed them (airport and a restaurant further away)."

"The hotel is in a great location. Right on the river with a classic view of the Tower Bridge. The staff from Checkin to Checkout was amazing. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Perhaps a bit careworn but it certainly met our expectation. We travel frequently; so I will say we would choose this hotel in the future."

"The hostel has a great location and a nice terrace, which were definitely the highlights of my stay. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately she seemed to be handling everything on her own. It is clear that one person cannot manage all the tasks alone. The main issues were the lack of cleanliness and organization. The toilets were often dirty, and there were simply not enough of them for the number of guests. The overall atmosphere felt quite chaotic at times. In addition, there is no café or similar facility in the hostel. This place has potential, but it urgently needs more staff and better organization. With improved management and cleaner facilities, the guest experience would be much better."

"A BASEMENT ROOM WITH TINY WINDOWS AND ALMOST NO NATURAL LIGHT. The full length curtains deliberately conceal tiny windows right up by the ceiling. Two windows are effectively blocked off and 3rd obscured by large weeds on the outside. It felt like being buried alive. See photos. An apartment with separately let bedrooms and shared kitchen. Furnishings and bedding very basic. No hot water during a 2 night stay. The advert on Expedia is significantly misleading, with photos ensuring the absence of usable windows concealed. I have asked for a partial refund, but not received a reply. We were given a token discount because of the hot water problem. We did not meet the person who manages the building, but she communicated well."

"We needed a room for one night, it was fine for that. We shared kitchen / living area with other guests in the apartment, our room had a small ensuite bathroom. Check-in closes at 2000 but the host still greeted us even though we were late. Breakfast appeared to be mostly plastic wrapped long shelf life stuff, coffee machine capsules are provided in room. I thought it was a reasonable price for what we got and the less than 10 mins walk from Tuscolana station, note, footpaths are in poor condition or have parked cars blocking them so wouldn't suit people walking from the railway station with large bags."

"Staff was knowledgeable helpful at all times, from Allen and Sebastian at reception, to the breakfast ladies, and through to the cleaning staff. The location is safe, quiet, conveniently located to walk-to anything, restaurants, subway, bus stops, parks, gelato! A great place for the price!"
