I’m still waiting for my refund. I paid ahead but When the desk worker finally came to open the door, the first thing he said to me was “you’re not gonna like the room.” Later he told me “nobody likes the rooms. You should just go somewhere else” then he either feigned or displayed ignorance for how to enter my credit card information, gave up and told me again I should go somewhere else, then he Refused to give me a refund. When I contacted Expedia for a refund, they told me they needed his permission. I asked the desk clerk to please authorize the refund. He told me to go away, locked the door and stopped answering the phone. I’d like my $60 bucks back please. Thank god I didn’t pay ahead for more nights.
