"I had high expectations I guess. My last stay I was greeted w/ a warm cookie. This time I felt like an imposition. I had continual problems with my door b/c the battery was dead & eventually had to be changed. Not a warm fuzzy feeling not being able to hv repeated problems w/ the door. Things happen, I understand, so my stay was -ok."
