The staff especially in the dining were unkind and unhelpful. The hotel nickels and dimes you—free coffee but no tea, for tea you pay extra. Parking fee was not advertised and sent the daily rate up far more than I expected.

I wish there were more information letting you know you had to pay extra on top of all the fees and taxes just to park in the hotel parking lot. First time for me, been to major cities without paying for parking. Should be included in the room rates if it is going to need to be charged.

We were concerned the information was not correct on the Expedia website so we double checked to make sure the parking charge was listed correctly on there. It was clean but old. The pillows are the worst thing about the hotel. They look nice and fluffy but they get super flat and hard. My neck was hurting and so was my back.

Check in was smooth. Check out was smooth. Everything was clean. We have had some bad experiences near the SFO airport so it was nice to find something where you don't have to worry going outside of the hotel.

We were exhausted at check in and all computers were down, but we were accomodated anyway and assisted to our room. It was late so did not really get to oay much attention to anything, but I can say the room was very spacious and the beds were suoer comfortable.

Surprise! Paid parking
Hotel charges $20 plus tax per night for parking. This wasn’t disclosed on the Hilton website or the 3rd party booking website. When I asked if there was nearby free parking I was told no, either pay or risk being towed. Overall the staff was very nice. The rooms feel pretty dated, but they’re plenty comfortable. No breakfast included also, you gotta pay extra for that. Don’t think I’d stay here again or recommend it. You can get a much nicer room with free parking and breakfast for the same cost if not less within 5 minutes of this hotel.
