It was really cool i havent been in an embassy suites for a looong time i liked we were right by the water. Only issue i had was the lack of seating for the dining area during breakfast

I had a two night stay at this property. The first night was the worst experience due to mold i found, on the pull out mattress/couch. The night Manager transferred me to a different room that had the same problem. My family and i had to squish ourselves into two beds until the next day when Junior the manager upgraded us to a better room with no mold. If you decide to stay at this location. Make sure you check the mattresses because being exposed to mold is unhealthy and unsanitary.

Couldn’t check in early and was told room wasn’t ready til 4 pm. Went on a tour and out to dinner then tried to check in at 8:30 pm. They said room was taken and another room wasn’t ready yet. Finally room was ready. It was supposed to be 2 queens but looked like two twins.

The Bay trail is fantastic The hotel is older and needs renovations. Our shower leaked, the soap dispenser fell off the wall. Since it was a dog friendly room there was a smell and the carpet had wet spots probably from cleaning up after other pets.

I booked the room through Expedia. I arrived at the hotel, they were booked and sent me to another location. That location was booked, I was then sent to another hotel....which was booked. Ridiculous.

We loved the Manager's Reception, the AMAZING breakfast, Tap & Tavern's burger was the best one my husband has ever had, and our room had an amazing view, even with it being right in view of the airport, the sliding door blocked out most of the air traffic noise (and I got some great timelapse videos!). Will definitely be back!

Lovely atrium in this hotel where breakfast and happy hour drinks served daily. Nice breakfast buffet as well as made to order omelets. We chose this hotel as it had an indoor pool for our grandchildren which they enjoyed. The room was spacious but the advertised balcony which we paid extra for couldn’t even fit a chair— disappointing as I was looking forward to sitting outside to enjoy the view. The bathroom didn’t even have a towel bar to hang towels, just one hook inside the shower which was broken. All in all we enjoyed the hotel BUT… there was a $39 per night parking fee. The lot was a shared lot with public non paying parking to access the bay walk in front of the hotel. Few spaces— two out of three nights we waited almost a half hour for a parking space. The lot had many signs warning of car break ins. So we paid $39 each night to worry that our car would be broken into. Come on Hilton— you can do better!!

Property is older but clean as clean as it can be. Out tub had stains, the carpet was lumpy. Pool also was nice. No A/C and no screen to the balcony so we could leave the door open for air. The entire hotel was muggy. Great staff and liked having happy hour. Worst part was a staff member pushed my son out the way so she could put in her floor number although we were there first.
