I was impressed with how comfortable the befs were and the location of the hotel which is close to everything. The housekeepers did a great job at making sure my room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels.

It's a decent hotel in a great location but with some downsides: rusty tube and parking could be a bit far if you are ariving after 9pm. Tube needs to be fixed to become more acceptable.

At check-in the guy was not welcoming, border line rude. I felt like he didn't like his job and is a poor representation for the property. Also, thought the emails on early check in for $45 and late check out for $65 is really cheesy.

Great staff and a solid place to stay for a weekend. Rooms are a bit small, but that is typical for San Francisco. Location is pretty good as it is close to the pier. However, the financial district is pretty dead from Friday to Sunday.

The bed was broken, slanted to the left and was incredible uncomfortable. Checking in was unpleasant, the front desk clerk was pretty rude about my small French bull dog. Questioning her weight and if she is under 20 lbs then followed me to the elevator to get a better look at her. She’s 17lbs. Being treated like that was very uncomfortable and not necessary. Will stay elsewhere in the future. I don’t like being treated like I am trying to sneak my dog into a hotel who comes with me everywhere… I’ve never had an issue or been treated like that. When she downgraded my room bcuz of my dog, it felt like she purposely put me in the worst run down room on the dog friendly floor.

For the price, you get what you paid for. But for minor inconveniences like a bathroom bidet or free breakfast included from payment, it may be what you'd want for your hotel stay here. Still a good stay overall.

ended up being a great spot for us, a quick walk to chinatown & little Italy. we even walked to oracle park though that was a little more of a trek. hotel was very quiet, nice lobby, friendly staff. small room but perfect if you don’t plan on spending a lot of time in there anyways.

I really liked how modern the hotel was. The areas were always clean and there's water bottle stations for your convenience. I also utilized the gym in the basement which was also cool. It was small but convenient. My only issue was that the chromecast in my room didn't work. The hotel was very accomodating and moved me to a new room, however it still didn't work there either. I also didn't really care for the food in the hotel's restaurant. It was a tad bit too salty but other than that, it's a great hotel. I'd definitely stay again.
