Dont know how anyone can give the Legacy less than 10/10. Staff was friendly. It was 8:30pm kitchen closed at 8:45 they still gave us room service. Pool was clean. Massage at the Spa was so relaxing. Security showed presence so we felt safe since we swam at night. I plan on returning real soon!

I enjoyed everything about my stay here. Easy check in, the room was clean, and a nice location right by the pool. There was plenty of parking. The only negative issue I had was when my daughter and I checked in, I asked about late check out and the gentleman told me they could give me a complimentary late check out until 12 but later then that we would have to pay $50 which we were fine with. When I called in the morning to request a late check out the lady said we couldn't get a late check out but my brother who was staying on a different floor called after me and they said he could get a late check out. So I had to the front desk again and after she talked to the manager they allowed me to check out later.

Overall it was a great experience staying at Legacy Resort Hotel & Spa with friendly and helpful staff, though its housekeeping is a bit lagging. My room wasn’t cleaned when I came back in the evening for two days in a row, which was fixed right after I reported the incident to the guest service.

My boyfriend and I spent a weekend in San Diego and stayed here. It is beautiful ! This hotel screams luxury. As soon as you walk in there are these beautiful marble floors and amazing light fixtures. It’s smells great and very well lit even at night. We truly enjoyed ourselves. They have happy hour at their restaurant bar every day, and the food is pretty good as well. There is security on the property, we saw them every day/night riding around in the golf cart and walking about the premises. So safety was definitely important to them. Overall a great experience. The hotel is close to the mall and all the restaurants and shop in Mission Valley and Fashion Valley! It’s also right off the freeway, so downtown is 8-10 minutes away and pacific beach is about 12-15 minutes away. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location and a very nice property. They could really make it an outstanding property if they added something as simple as a rack of dumbbells and universal machine to the gym. The gym room is much larger than the typical hotel gym so there is plenty of room but they have no weights.

The restaurant was wonderful. We ate there for 3 of our meals during our stay. Loved the balcony with view of the pool. We requested a room near the elevator and our request was granted. Our room was clean and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The drive to everything we wanted to go to was no more than 15 mins. It was nice to not be stuck in traffic and get to our destination/back to our hotel in such a quick drive!

I like the elegant entrance, the view. The staff was so nice and welcoming and every time I walked through the lobby they would ask am I enjoying my stay and San Diego… just 5 stars across the board! If I’m ever in San Diego this is where you’ll find me.

Everything was great besides the wifi situation which was very frustrating for me. I was not able to connect to the room wifi. I asked front desk for help and they were not able to so they had me call Cox to have me set up. I had to call them 3 nights out of the 4 that I stayed there because I would eventually get booted off. My phone calls would keep dropping. I wasn’t too happy about that.
