I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at the Hyatt Place hotel. The experience was nothing short of appalling. Firstly, I was shocked to discover that the pool was under construction during my stay, which was a major inconvenience as I was looking forward to enjoying some relaxation time. Secondly, I was appalled to find out that there was no room service available. It is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber to not provide such a basic amenity.
To make matters worse, upon checking into my room, I was greeted by a dirty toilet with poop floating in it. This was not only unsanitary, but also extremely unpleasant and completely unacceptable. When I approached the front desk to request a room change, I was met with resistance and denial. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to address the issue from the front desk staff was highly disappointing.
I understand that issues can arise during a stay, but it is the hotel's responsibility to take swift action and ensure guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, my experience at the Hyatt Place hotel fell far short of this expectation. I hope that the management team takes this review seriously and takes immediate steps to address these issues, as they greatly impacted the quality of my stay.
